GDex / GD Expressfrom tracking record, it shows that "undelivered due to sorry card"

From the tracking record, it showed "undelivered due to sorry card".
But there was no phone call, no sms, no any sorry card etc.
After check the map, I just realised gdex office is quite to my delivery address.
I highly suspected gdex purposelt not sending my parcel.
Gdex, please make clear!

Note: I had confirmed that all the info I provide is correct including the phone number!!!
