I had rescheduled my parcel delivery from 13/11 to 15/11/2018 (today). at 11.54 am today, I received sms saying that the rider was on the way to deliver.
I'd been waiting the whole day at home for the delivery. however, at 7pm, I received email from gdex saying "undelivered due to hold for reattempt date". I felt so frustrated with the service. i'd cancelled my other appointment just to wait for an undelivered parcel. what a waste of time!
