Hi,

I have visited gaur boz park office, noida today to get my parking number and after waiting for 2 hours they are telling person concerned went on lunch and person will come back after another 1 hour.

For such a small thing, you are wasting our time. We also have work and office to do. We can't spend whole day waiting there.

Please resolve this issue and provide our parking number and have some proper procedure online/emails if you don't have much workforce to handle the customer in person.

Gaursons builder not given Key Handover even after all dues clearance and after 100bdays completed from date on registry. I galt A1505 unit no. Registry was done on 24 -now-2022. i have submitted all the paper and process of possession in possession office and also travel 3-4 times to gaur office Akhand vihar, gzb and siddharth vihar but they are given me wrong status and cheating me on this key handover process. Pathetic service by Gaur team, I am trying to know my final balance as I have to take the NOC from them to resell my property but no one is bothered there in GAUR team to help. All the time they ask to visit to the office, they think that people are free all the time instead doing no work. They are charging different penalties without any prior information & asking to pay, also they use such technical words which are not familiar, once ask the details they just cut the call

Very rude & pathetic behaviour.

We have made payment to GAUR for the purchased flat a month ago. Gaur is not confirming the payment. The flat is in my wife name and I have made the payment. They are asking to submit notary to give the receipts. The same process was never communicated and was not followed when we paid for other property of Gaur this year. Being a nri customer, I cant process the same.

I have booked unit number p 190128 14th Avenue Gaur City 2 and go for cancel and all documents submit on 20nd December 2021 that time at counter no 7 MS Ratti Goyal receive my all documents and assured me my payment refund within 45 days in my account but till date after 7 month company did not pay a single rupees and when I call Call Centre they did not pick phone or say file is under process I have deposit 16 lakh rupees company detect approx 650000 from my hard money I accept that also but company fail to make my payment Find this case and currently last one week you are customer care number reply only one,

Its totally fraud builder and its marketing staff specially Mr. Gaurav tyagi ( Sales team), Mr. Saket Kumar ( Sales team), Mr. Vikas kumar (Ofgice dept gaurs) are all big cheaters. They will first call you many times to buy property. But after they will show real colours. After buying property they start harrasing you by charges different different amounts. And also trying to signature fraud papers. If we request to cancel the booking they deduct huge amount. And making fool to customers around 1year to refund money. Never ever buy property from Gaurfraudsons. They are just making fool to customers. Zero service providing, no customer care response, if you by mistake purchase from gaurfraudsons so then ready to see the moneytrap from his complete fraud team. If you visit there to complain whole day spent and reception persons make you fool in the end of the day no solution. So dear buyers don't invest you hardwork earn money to these [censored] and fraud and chor builders at all. They are not builders they are opened totally fraud business. Ridiculous, chor, pathetic, corrupted, [censored], thefts, cheap staff, big frauder, Gaurchorsons.

Despite depositing full n final payment in august 2020 and stamp duty in October 2020 no fitout work yet started whereas flat is to be given in 60 days. It is requested either hand over the flat in end of March 2021 or pay the interest @18% which would be levied on me if delayed the payment on my part.

Pathetic service of gaursons. I was issued NOC last year on 3rd August, 19 after making all the payment s for the flat number C1525, Yamuna expressway, 16 park view and after that I m visiting the flat regularly and assured that the possession would be given after 20-25 days. More that a year has passed but only assurances that within fifteen or twenty days. I never had thought that Gaursons a reputed builder will harass it's customers. I would like to know, who will pay the penalty to me for harassing's. If I would have delayed, you would have changed heavy interest. If it is not possible to give possession, kindly return my money with interest of eight years.

I m sending emails since long time now but no one ever reverted. Being senior citizen its really sad that the company doesn't bother about customers.

In one year the flat is still lying incomplete even after my visit to the flat several times and spoken to Mr. Chaurasia and Abhay. Every time, the said it will be complete in twenty days. What is the reason behind this? If you are not able to give possession in time, why new schemes are launched? Kindly let me know when you will hand over the flat. If not possible, then return my money with interest. You would have also changed me penalties if payment not made in time.

I need to get this sorted asap or I shall file the compliant in consumer court also in REDA. I want senior management to get in touch with me you can find my contact details from the file.

I girish chandra mobile no [protected] have made pre booking in noida extension project of gaur world street kioski shop. The shop for which I have made the booking was shop no. 289 adjacent to elevator which was shown to in map (attached map in green circle part) as location was pretty good so I decided to make the investment and given cheque of rs 2 lac for the booking.

But after a month when I enquired about my shop booking paper and then the person which was dealing with me who addressing himself as manager (gaursons) with his dealing assistance (name robin chaudhary) at city mall noida extension mall informed me that they have changed my shop no. To 275. When I enquired about the location of shop then told that this is your shop location (marked in red circle) I strongly opposed that I have not booked this shop I want the same shop for which I have given booking amount.

Then they tried to threaten me that you have to take this shop otherwise you take your booking amount back and when I tried to call gaur customer care no. They said this will not help you and you cannot do anything with this no. So stop wasting your time and accept this koiski shop.
They also told me that there are many people around who will take this change shop no. 275 as price in hiked.
They accepted that they have done this with so many customers in which 80% accept and very few take refund as gaur is a big brand. They emphasize on price hike as if the dealing person want some money from me to give my booked shop. I refuse to any such proposal.

When I talk about it with other people and discuss my problem then I come to know that they are fooling people by making false promises in the name of gaursons and to get personal benefit they change location at last moment when there is little hike in price so that they can ask for more money.

I want the same kioski shop no. Which I have booked shop no. 289 gaur world street or refund my amount with interest.
So do the needful and hoping for your favorable reply.

I bought this flat by payment of 50k immediately and 1.32 lakh in a week. There's an option of free flat which is not free and added Rs. 100pet Swift. After signing the agreement they say I will get the flat after first disbursement. Now more than 2 weeks flat is not given . He needs a blank cheque from me for what? Even though I paid Rupees 100 soft you pretend it is free and now you need a sequrity cheque. I was forced to sign a rental agreement with the original owner but why? Now 4 months over still the flat is not given. You must reimburse me the rent for the last four months and provide the flat immediately. I have seen thousands of complaints about Gaur in the websites. When I contacted your customer service never respond also.
Please confirm are you providing the flat.
When I can get refund of last four months rent?
I owe a reply from you immediately.

After receiving a series of extremely unprofessional responses from the guarsons team, over the last 22 months, here I write an open letter to the senior management of gaurson, hoping that some sensible person will read it and make amends, for people who invest their hard earned money, life savings into their projects.

Dear sir,

I am writing you this email in extreme pain and disdain.

Here is the background:

I booked a unit number in hanna tower, gaur saundaryam project. I booked it on special recommendation of a friend who bought another unit in the same tower and suggested that the project by gaur are not delayed and the builder is fair.

On paying the booking amount, around march'15, I was told that the subvention scheme was over but I was assured that the builder will get the necessary documentation done with indiabulls and have the loan disbursed; this technicality went on for three months and the paperwork was never completed. I had to personally make, sincerely 100+ calls at indiabulls as well as gaur to get the contract between gaur and indiabulls done to have the loan disbursed. Through this extremely gruelling experience. I was constantly assured by mr rajender gaur from your team that no interest shall be charged for those three months as the mistake was at the builder's side for being late in extending the subvention contract with indiabulls. I wrote 20+ emails to him, asking for this to be given to me in written but I never received a response. Over phone, he kept giving me verbal assurances and kept talling "email nahi mila, fir se bhej dijiye". But he never replied to my emails. I have all records and I will be happy to produce it.

Next, the project got delayed. Possession was due in may'16 and the emi started; as I patiently waited, I met the shock of my life when I saw that an interest of 2 lacs has been demanded for those three months of delay caused due to the delay caused by gaursons in extending the subvention contract with indiabulls.

On calling mr rajender gaur, this time his tone was different; he started dilly-dallying, saying that I first make all the remaining 15% payment (Due on possession) so that he can negotiate my case. I did so and paid every single penny. However, I never heard back from him. I have given him 10+ phone calls, written ~5 emails but have not got any response.

Recently I received another demand letter suggesting that the interest amount has increased to 3 lacs now.

So the status today is:
1. I have paid 100% of the amount; ~1.05 cr.
2. I have been paying emi for the last 8 months: ~6 lacs.
3. I continue to live in a rented accommodation and have been paying rent.
4. I am being asked to pay 3 lacs because gaursons took three months to get the subvention contract extended with indiabulls.

Of these, point#4 is something that is truly a harassment and it is my right that the entire interest be immediately removed.

For once, I hope for a responsible response.

I booked flat in Gaur 7th Avenue project in pre-launch on around april 2015. Around Sep 2015, I cancelled the flat and I was promised that I will get the refund of the booking amount after deducting 10k administrative charges.
I agreed to 10k cut from the refund.
Its been June 2016, and not a single penny has been given back to me till now.
Earlier gaursons guys were very confident that they will refund in 2-3 months, but no positive response till now.

On top of it now cancellation confirmation email or letter or anything like that is not given to me by gaursons group.

Looks like I am not going to get the refund and they gonna digest all my money.

My flat booking details are:
1. Project: Gaur 7th avenue
2. Unit no: 2718
3. Booking date: April 2015
4. Cancellation date: Sep 2015.
5. Booking amount given: 3, 93, 000

I bought a flat in GAUR GLOBAL VILLAGE GHAZHIABAD ... first of all they did not gave the posesseion even after 3 months of the registry if the flat and started the maintainance charges even before handing over flat to me ... one month of after the posession was handed over ... there were cracks developed all over the flat and paint was shedding from several places and even plaster would fall down even with the touch of a finger ...even the grouting of the tiles was not proper ... ... seems it was a 40 years old flat ...on writing a complaint to the maintainance department ... they said that this is the fault of the site engieer ... and flat would need a complete makeover wherein they will remove the plaster and coat with Gypsum on the walls and then paint will be done again ... also the groutig of nearly all the tiles will be done again... There was huge spaces in between doors and floor ... Electricity switches were not fitted straight ... some were tilting to right and some to left ... overall the construction of quality is extremely poor ... would not recommend anyone to go for GAUR. VERY VERY VERY MUCH ANNOYED ...
