I bought earphones in September 2016 at Gateway mall in Durban. They are both not working since December 2016. I went back to the store to report and was told there's nothing that can be done due to hygienic purposes. I phoned Vodacom and was told to e-mail my complaint. Upon emailing the app was "presently unavailable " My query is how can an earphones which cost R150 each not last even 6 months and was has hygienic purposes got to do with replacing or refunding them?
