I ordered a futon, futon mattress, and mattress cover from Gately's in August. I recieved the futon frame in September, however no mattress or cover. Gately's cancelled my order and said they would refund my credit card in October, and as of today, 11/9/07 they still have not done so. Gately's owes me over $200 and they will not respond to my emails, the website no longer works, and the phone number sends you to an answering system that is useless. These people are awful. Do Not buy from them! Unless of course you don't care about giving someone your hard earned money!
