Takes people money and promises return on investments please be aware, he then gives excuses why things did not work out promises your money back and keeps posponing for over a year, have proof of all his excuses. Pleasebe careful!

This happened to me too and it has been 2 years, but my situation was a little bit different because i signed the contract for a share of some of the service he provides after seeing fatbemi's ad in the news papers for gate4deal.com, and he told me that i made a mistake when signing the contract. So i did some more research on the company and people reported fraud, so i asked him to refund me the money since i made a mistake and he said that i will get the money but i did not get the money on the day that i was suppose to get the money. I called him a few times and he doesn't answer he ignores my voice mails. My review for his company is that the company is not legitimized. The website is now fully functioning but he doesn't have staff members, which means that i can't get my money.
What did you mean by staff members? Are the staff members the one to refund you?
and what did you mean by the site is now functioning?
It appear to me that you invested in a new company but you did not have a contract signed over to you because you make errors on your form so while they asked you to correct the errors, you turned around and was asking for a refund i guessed.
THE COMPANY YOU HAD INVESTED TO BUY THEIR SHARE IS NOW FUNCTIONING.
WHEN THEY START TO HAVE CUSTOMERS, INVESTORS WOULD GET RETURNS AND BE HAPPY

You said you started doing research on the company at the same time it was asking you to correct the errors on your contract AFTER YOU HAD INVESTED. Why?
Did you want to say he does not have customers yet when you said he does not have staff members?
STAFF MEMBERS & CUSTOMERS IS EQUAL TO PROFIT FOR INVESTORS LIKE YOU. SO BE PATIENT.
---BUT CONTACT THEM. GET A SIGNED CONTRACT AND CORRECT THE ERRORS
It appears to me that this complainant HAS NO COMMON SENSE...because investing in a company is different from purchasing a good which was not delivered. For example, If I invested in a software company and they were to roll out 10, 000 CD roms immediately but their system suddenly crashed. I must wait to let them fix their equipment before i start to get a return on my investment.
Therefore, IF A PERSON OR COMPANY, WHICH YOU INVESTED IN, IS GIVING YOU A REASON WHY YOU MUST WAIT A LITTLE LONGER BEFORE YOU START TO GET RETURNS. ...AND THEY HAD A VALID REASON. What is the use of this internet propaganda? AND IF YOU FEEL THAT THE REASON THEY GAVE FRO THE DELAY WAS NOT VALID. THEN SUE THEM. THEY MUST HAVE GIVING YOU A DOCUMENT WHEN YOU INVESTED. It is not a crime if a return on investment is delayed for a valid reason. GET A LIFE
This has been posted since October 2010 by some untrace-able person (s). WHAT'S GOING ON? It is very easy to just post anything inside this network, with bogus name, bogus tel # and bogus complaints or complete lies and smear campaign against innocent people. LITIGATION IS EMINENT.
