i purchased a gamin in 2012 worked twice in the car then stopped working got in touch with gamin they told me my guarantee was out two months they offered me an exchange unit for£ 75 22p so i agreed to get my exchange unit i was told to send my gamin back which i did only to receive a refurbished unit back no leads or holder for the windscreen when i contacted gamin in Southampton after waiting 10 minutes on the phone to speak to some one they told me they would try and get my leads back with in 10 days or they will send me another set i got no apology for there mistake i could go on all knight about the crap services they have and their staff?????????? would not recommend them to any body
