Our church purchased a vacuum cleaner from this company and within a few months the motor stopped. After a tedious customer service battle, we were forced to pay shipping and handling on a new replacement and shipping for the broken one (SCAM). We are now faced with yet another replacement within less than a year of use. We have decided to cut our losses and purchase an Oreck!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company should have to reimburse us for the price of the Vacuum Cleaner, the $50.00 replacement fees and the postage for mailing the old Vacuum cleaner back to the company.
I purchased a Garry Vacuum cleaner. Within the first year I had to have it replaced. Now several years later, I need another replacement and The phone number is constantly busy. I sent an email asking them to replace the Garry that I have but will not work. I am so frustrated. This company should have to reimburse everyone's money from the first one they bought to any or many that have been replaced.
I agree alot of scammers in the vacuum cleaner business. But dont go from one scam {Garry) right into another scam (Oreck). Save your money, go to WalMart and buy a Hoover WindTtnnel (bagged not bagless) vac for about $150. yOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.
