Gardening Expresstwo roses trees purchased online at gardening express

i purchased two rose trees from gardening express online
When they didn't arrive after 10 days, I checked details and they claimed they had been recieved
I tried to call customer services - you can't get through and phone cuts off do no message can be left
I have now sent three emails with no response
They have taken the payment from my card but I have not recieved the goods not can manage to speak to anyone at the company to get this resolved.
I am going to have to take this to trading standards as after research this seems to be a regular complaint .
