This is the most frustrating company to deal with - the telephone customer service is polite but ineffectual, any emails sent receive an automated response but no actual reply.Even tried sending direct to their managing director quoting their own guarantee which he puts his name to - still no response. Only received half of order which was paid for back in May and nothing which I have been advised would be done, has happened. My advice to anybody planning to use this company is don't - the site looks great, their adverts are in reputable newspapers and this may lead to them appearing to be a reputable company themselves - they are not. Save yourself the time and the money and shop elsewhere - their prices may appear good but that means nothing if you don't actually receive the goods or the goods are substandard.
