Gamiss.com avoid gamiss.com at all costs!

Do not order a cent's worth of anything from this company. I ordered a jacket that was extremely well-advertised around the internet on 9/24. having not heard or received anything besides an order receipt by 10/15, I reached out to the company to see where the heck my order was, especially as I paid for expedited shipping. I received a reply stating that the jacket I had ordered - shockingly - was out of stock, but it would be shipped within 7-10 business days.

So let's break this down: surprise - the jacket had seen advertised on seemingly every site I visited. not much intelligence into that project. however, I wanted the jacket - it was attractive and cheap - so I waited, but not without demanding the $17 I paid for expedited shipping be returned. gamiss refused, blaming the inability to refund my shipping costs on the shipping company, whom they had already paid. well, here's the deal: I paid gamiss, then they choose to allocate the funds. if you can't refund the shipping costs, refund part of my order. the contract that was agreed upon when I paid gamiss for expedited shipping was not met, yet I have to eat those costs, even though nothing I did resulted in this shipping delay.

A few emails were exchanged discussing how crappy gamiss' customer support was (they don't give a crap), and I was "gifted" with a 10% off coupon code (I don't ever want to interact with this company again). that's not customer service, that's passing the buck. the damn website has 10% - 90% coupon codes all over it every day. I wanted the damn jacket and a refund on the expedited shipping I paid for, but to no avail.

So today, 5 and 1/2 weeks since the initial purchase - expedited shipping, remember? - I receive another email stating that my order is being canceled, but I will receive credit to gamiss' website and 10% off my next purchase. I want nothing to do with this horrendously bad company any further. I want my money back or the jacket I previously paid for and to never have to deal with this organization ever again. worst customer service I have ever experienced. coming from a business owner myself, they couldn't have done anything more wrong. gamiss is the equifax of online shipping, except not as useful or widespread.

Don't spend a dime with this company. they'll screw you however they can and frustrate the heck out of you along the way. they have no idea what they're doing - the jacket I purchased is still being sold online, but apparently they're out of stock and won't ship it until 2025. gamiss is a joke.

Gamiss.com item was mislabeled

I recently ordered an XL hoodie. What wasn't mentioned on the items page was that it was a child's hoodie. A small child's hoodie. I can't even wear it, and it wouldn't fit anyone I know either. I want this resolved. I'd either like my money back, or for them to send me a version of the shirt that actually fits. Preferably both. They need to correctly lable their items so this doesn't happen to someone else. I probably won't be buying from here again.

Gamiss.com shocking service

Do they actually have anything in stock?
The information that their website shows is fake. If you see products in stock, it doesn't mean they are really in stock. It is possible that after ordering you will discover that you ordered non-existent items.
They shipped only 2 items out of 5. For this reason - they weren't in stock, even though I was charged for 5 items. Oh well. I received a terrible crap that hardly can be called clothes. Something cheap, smaller size and looks like a piece of crap. That's what I paid for? Shame on you.
I sent everything back and asked for a refund. They said they didn't receive my package and rejected my demand. Very nice. That's my story about me being robbed.
Never order from this website. Absolutely obvious they are scammers.

Gamiss.com I paid money and never received my item & it's been almost 1 month

3 weeks ago I ordered a hoodie that was 7$.99 the tax ended up costing me fifteen dollars it said delivery would arrive in 8 days & I still have not received my tree branch hoodie . I am furious I can never have nice things. I want my money back . I spent that money to get something nice for myself which I didn't need to spend because I got laid off I just wanted something nice & I been waiting & waiting & waiting. I'm starting to wonder if it was ever shipped. I payed, my money is gone & I have no product . I'm starting to wonder if a lawsuit is an order . I pay my taxes, y'all got my money & what do I have ? Nothing, either I receive my product, or my money back or I will file a lawsuit against the company

Gamiss.com avoid!!!

Ridiculous! They shipped only 3 items out of 7, and when I asked why they answered they were out of stock, even though I wasn't notified about it. Plus I checked unshipped orders on the website and it said they were in stock. They said I can choose items instead of undelivered ones. Ok, I did. When I received my clothes it was waaaaaaaaay too small, as if it was sewed for mice. I had nothing to do but to send this crap back and to ask for a refund. But they sent me an email saying that they didn't receive anything and that why won't refund.
Please, people, be careful dealing with them!

Gamiss.com customer service needs serious work - beware

Their measurement charts made me suspicious, so, after checking and seeing a 30 day return policy (I should have looked for more specifics) I ordered 2 sizes of everything with the intent of sending back what didn't fit or flatter. You know? SHOPPING?!
When I ordered, I was not informed that anything was out of stock and I was charged for the entire order. I received half my order VERY quickly - less than a week.
I tried it on and was thrilled with several of the items - especially the retro-styled items that are hard to find. As an American L to XL, I was dismayed to find that their 4-5XL's fit me nicely. But they were cute, and some were of very nice quality. One or two were cheap and costumey. At these prices, I don't hold that against them. If I were looking for costume pieces, I'd still be happy.
So I waited a week and did not receive the shipment, notification, or a refund. I scoured their website for updates or contact methods. The ONLY way to contact them is to file a complaint! So I did, and as nicely as possible, asked for an update. I got a defensive response that they sent what was in stock. Still nicely, I responded, basically, "Cool! Any idea when I get the rest? Or should I pursue a refund?" The next response was the shipment of the other half. Great! So I need to keep after them - not ideal, but I can live with that.
The rest was of equal variations in quality and sizing. The sizing is all over the map. I tried on one 6XL bathing suit/dress combo, for example, where the dress was loose and beautiful on me. The bathing suit cut off my circulation and had NO CUPS - I mean I could put a bandaid on my areoles and have more coverage! NOT as pictured!
So I figured out what I was keeping and what was going back and set about to find the return instructions - apparently THIS should have been my first task BEFORE ordering! Their "return" policy is very vague. You have to file a complaint...about EACH ITEM, filling in the order and item numbers and your name, address, phone, etc for EVERY form. And the choices are "defective or damaged." How about "too small" "don't like" "looks horrible on a curvy girl or a girl with any bust at all, but otherwise nothing wrong with it?" I filled out 14 of these on 6/21/17 and requested the address. (Unlike anyplace else I've ever ordered online, return info and address was NOT in the package.)
The response was "please send pictures of the defect and we MIGHT let you return them."
I wrote back, "You want me to send you pictures of my fat hanging out of clothes that don't fit? Despite the fact I'm keeping the larger sizes - proof that the larger ones fit? I have to humiliate myself for customer service?"
Response: "Ok, just send us detailed descriptions (2nd time) of the problem and pics of the item and the packaging for us to check." (Wouldn't they want to check THE ITEM when it comes back?)
So I attached 14 pictures of the items/packages to the 14 complaints - which, online, no longer contained the item numbers - VERY confusing - and wrote detailed descriptions- AGAIN.
Response: "We'll give you $20 if you donate the items. You don't want to pay for shipping here."
Me: "My company has bulk, discounted shipping. SEND THE ADDRESS."
Them: "You have to pay for the shipping, but we'll refund the items."
Me: "FINE. SEND THE ADDRESS!"
They FINALLY sent me an RMA form. The return address is CALIFORNIA! I'll paste below for ease. But I had to fill out, by hand, their RMA form with order number, RMA number, items numbers, skus, and reason for return AGAIN. (Time #3, for those playing along at home.)
For those who have taken a long time to read this - it took TEN DAYS to get this far in the return process. I have just shipped it via UPS. I have read the instructions, filled in every blank and kept copies of EVERYTHING so they don't find some other arbitrary reason to withhold refund. I very much hope to see a full merchandise refund to my credit card in another 14 days after receipt. I made a copy of EVERYTHING and scanned it to them. I have spent more time on this return than I did updating my company's tax returns with the IRS!

So, in the final analysis: If I was interested in a product where fit was not a huge issue -like a full skirt or a pancho, or something that could be easily altered (costume items would be cheap enough to include a $20 alteration in my budget) - I would order from them again. But I will NEVER order anything I have any inkling I might have to even think about returning! CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL! I really wish I could TRUST them to let me "SHOP" and know that I could easily return merchandise I can't use for merchandise refund, because the items that fit were WONDERFUL. (So many places offer free shipping, even return shipping - welcome to 2017, Shen Zhou/Gamiss! But if I know, up front, that I am paying it, I will factor that in. It's fine.)

Here is the much sought after holy grail USA return address (it might not do any good without an RMA, but at least you can calculate your charges.)

Thank you for the address, I, soon will be doing a return also because of paying more for shipping of 5-7 days and haven't even gotten my item yet, ordered it on the 2nd of December and it is now December 19th and haven't receive it and the last I look at the shipping was going to be here next week, wow it will be 25 days total when it gets here, so much for paying more for faster shipping! SO ANNOYED WITH THIS WEBSITE, never had a problem ordering from CHINA before, this is by far the worst EVER!

Gamiss.com swimwears

The items aren't here yet and it's already passed by the term they said in the email which is 10-25 business days. I've ordered it last Mar25 and they shipped it out the next day and it's already May 8 right now. I don't even know how to contact them easily. Got no ways to track my items. I've got no idea where and when the items are right now. This is my first time having such situations in online shopping. This is so frustrating.

Gamiss.com disgusted with gamiss!

This is absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a swimsuit from www.gamiss.com for my vacation and that was over three months ago.
They said 25 business days but nothing ever arrived and I already came back from my vacation and there is still no sign of my swimsuit!
First they said that it was not in stock, then they said that shipping company was the one to blame, then they promised a refund. I heard all kinds of lies and stories and I'm already sick of it.
Gamiss is a scam! And I will not stop posting reviews, because they deserve that. I'm super angry and disgusted. Never again!

Warning! Avoid this company

Item never arrived, looks like this is happening to many others too. I contacted gamiss and all they could do was offer me a 50% refund as I didn't take out shipping insurance, the 50% refund didn't include the shipping cost either so taking that into consideration it was more like 35% of the actual figure paid.

No doubt my package would have arrived ok if i'd have taken out the optional insurance.

I have the same issue as TashaGallagher88. I ordered 6 items in mid November with the intention of receiving by Christmas. My credit card was charged immediately. I received 2 items within 2 weeks. Now, it is past Christmas and I have not received the other 4 items. Attempts to contact the company via their "live" chat or phone have had the same results as TashaGallagher88. Plus, their customer service web site is crap. It has limited options and doesn't work very well. This is coming from China and once they get your money, they don't care. STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I can totally relate to all the complaints here, I have never experienced such a lousy disappointing internet purchase. This site Gamiss.com should be banned!

I ordered 3 hoodies (faded colours not like on the site at all, lots of photoshop)for my sons, even measured my sons with a measuring tape according to the size chart, and these sizes are 2 extra sizes too small, That means 3 hoodies I ordered plus a size medium shirt for me that is like XS plus a huge price for shipping and now my sons can't even wear them because this site is dishonest and advertises false sizes, false quality, false colours (incorrect chart size info at the expense of the customer)!
This is the 1st time I have ordered on the internet and been so disappointed and I order things through the net all the time including clothing and I have never had something like this happen to me!

They are real scammers, my orders didnt come and they are acting dump and not refunding, the one order that came was very poor quality I felt so disappointed. They are a disgrace to e ecommerce world and should be shut down.

I just tried to place an order but my financial institution blocked the payment process. Due to company being out of the country. However I am concerned Gamiss now has all of my credit card info, my phone, address info and everything... I have contacted my bank to make them aware of this situation. I believe this company is a scam to get your information to use it illegally - Lesson learned, we should not order things on line, For it is taking to much of a risk !

I ordered several items at great prices, the next day someone used my credit card to charge thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. Worse yet, they hacked my account and attempted to change the address and phone numbers on the account. Went back and realized they never charged for the order. It appears the whole thing was a scam to get my credit card number and pin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a jacket from them 45 days ago and I am still waiting to get the merchandise. Calls to their office are unanswered and there is no one to talk to. It is a scam company that will take your money and will walk you through a tiring process if and when you'll be lucky enough to get what you paid for. If you feel like throwing your money away you better give it to some charity or people that can really use the money. Giving your money to Gamiss bordering criminal. Do not buy from this company. You have been warned...!

Gamiss.com only part order received after 2 months wait

Ordered pillowcase and dress over 2 and a half months ago, only received the pillowcase recently.
This company gives you the runaround, they said I had to wait a further 45 days for the dress.
Eventually the gave me a partial refund for the dress, less than it cost me .
this was only achieved after contacting paypal security.
Avoid this company at all costs. Its just a big Scam.

Gamiss.com only received partial order

On January 14, 2017 I ordered two dresses and a watch. Nearly a month later I received one dress. The other dress and watch has never been received. I have made several attempts to contact ga miss. Any email address I find returns stating it cannot be sent. I tried to place an ticket for service but have not heard anymore. I cannot seem to find a number to call. I would like to receive a product or refund, please.

Gamiss.com no shipment or response

I ordered 2 bathing suits on january 16 and it is now february 10th and my order still has not shipped. My payment has gone through and i've tried to complain countless times but no response or answer! i can't even figure out how to cancel my order and get a refund. I have never been so displeased with a website. i will never recommend it to anyone.

Gamiss.com blouses and jewelry 85020

None of the blouses i ordered fit they say 3x but they are more like mediums and they were nothing like what i ordered i did not order pink or purple tops and thats what i got and they were long sleeved i had ordered short sleeves. And they had turtle necks i never ordered turtle necks i ordered v necks where do i return them to you? and you already got my payment on 01/11/2017 also i ordered some jewelry earrings about 10 pairs and 6 bracelets along with 6 necklaces and never received it but you got payment for that too.

Gamiss.com clothing

My order has been paid for for 3 weeks and still not shipped, I have sent them a ticket and numerous messages with no reply! The phone number on file, no one answers and the live 24/7 chat is bull ####! I'm angry and I would never refer anyone to order from this site they are frauds! Can't find an email address or a civic address or any other means of communication at all! Never again will I order from this site.

Gamiss.com I need an address to return these items ordered.

I ordered four different tops and i cant wear any of them.they were 3x, 4x&5x.these shirts were not as described on the website also the sizing was way off.they all fit like a 1x shirt.i couldn't even get my arms in these shirts.i am highly upset with this purchase.i have sent several emails, ive did tickets, ive requested te address to reurn the unwearable clothing for a refund and have gotten no response.im pissed off now.i dont have money to just give a away.i have my emails and my order sheet saved.

Interesting. I am having the same issue. I have jumped through all the hoops in their return process that has gone on for a week of messages back and forth. As of today, I have requested their return address 6 times. I am perfectly willing to pay the shipping and return shipping as I was SHOPPING - ordered several items, try them on, keep the ones I like, send the rest back. This company has NO CLUE what Americans expect as Customer Service or how we like to shop or how to even provide competent measurement... or AN ADDRESS AFTER BEING ASKED 6 TIMES! If Gamiss can not allow you to shop, try things on, and return the ones you don't want, I'm not interested in shopping with them ever again. And it is a shame, because the few items that fit were quite nice and cute.

Today is 02/01/2017. I ordered the Paint Drip shirt, white in large size on 01/06/2017. As of this date it has not arrived. I called Pay Pal and they informed me that you received the payment the same day. I have tried calling your customer service number, [protected], and was informed that the mailbox was full. I have ordered a couple of items from you all. I did this all back on december 30, 2016 @10.40am (Usa) time. You took and got your money from my credit card and sent me all as invoice showning that you have shipped out my items. As of january 2, 2017 and yet to this day i have not been able to get ahold of anyone in your office. Plus i still do not have my items! It has been way over two months now since i have ordered these 2 items, and it has also been over a month and a half now since you sent me a e-mail saying it is on the way. This is bull mother #### crap on how your taken folks money and then never ever plan on given us what we ordered from you all!
So, ps i am putting you on notice now! You all have 24 hours to respond to my e-mail and if i don't hear back from you with in that 24 hour time frame. I will be turning you over to the better business buraur and to the fia and to my attorney whom is going to help me sue the living #### daylights out of your company! Gamiss.com I am complaining that after submitting numerous tickets they deleted my purchase order and email.

I submitted 8 tickets to Gamiss.com before they finally gave me a return address to return items purchased from them. I saved emails and when I tried to pull up the ticket that had return information, it requested that I sign in, which I did, and got a message "use a correct email. After retrying several times I tried to submit a new ticket, and I got email not found, ticket not found messages.
