Extrememly unhappy with Customer Service. I orded the product on June 26, and the last time I check the item was returned, because it was sent incorrectly. The only way for me to get the product again. Is after I wait another 3 weeks for them to get the product and I pay for another shipping fee, after I have already paid for everything, for the product to be send to me again, which then I have to wait another 3 weeks. I refuse to pay for the product again after I have already paid for it once and never received it. I expect a full refund, but of course I won't be able to get that until they received the product. Customer Service was not helpful at all and very rude. Never will I buy here again.

    i was surprise to hear your complaint. is there some misunderstanding to you towards because several months ago, i have bought a iphone 3g case from it and their service attitude is very well and the shipping speed is very fast.
