I had placed the above order on 16.03.17 and they had informed me that they had posted the product on 16.03.17 however they have not provided any dispatch details/tracking details. I have not received the product till now. I have several times communicated with them but found no satisfactory answer.

I purchased a Christmas gift on 6th December. When it hadn't arrived by the 23rd December I contacted them and was told it hadn't yet been dispatched. They offered to cancel the order and I agreed.
However no refund was provided and when I followed up on the 6th January they said they had dispatched on the 4th January so I couldn't be refunded. I objected and requested the escalate. After some backwards and forwards emails they finally provided a manager email. I contacted him on 6th February and received no reply.
It is now 25th February, I have still not received my purchase, have been provided no proof of postage and have not been provided a refund. Disgraceful so called "service".

Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs! Received a used and damaged game and Gameseek claims they did not sell it to me
I have the worst experience with Gameseek (the second one out of two already) than I have ever had with any web shop. I ordered a game here via Play.com. The game was supposed to be "NEW", what I received was, however, a used an damaged game and on the game box it was stated: "not to be sold separately". (Apparently, the game was part of the ZombiU Bundle (WiiU)). Probably, they thought that somebody ordering a game outside the UK will never complain if his or her consumer rights are violated. Guess what, they were wrong.
The same day that I received it, I sent it back after having contacted their customers service and filling in the returns form. Now, most of my emails are ignored and Gameseek employees claim that they did not send this faulty item to me. Who could have done it then? Santa Claus? How could I have received it from Gameseek in their package?
Do not buy anything from these people: they clearly commit fraud and deny any responsibility afterwards. See other (similar) negative feedback on Play.com or Trustpilot. You must be man enough to admit that you have made a mistake, but Gameseek employees do not know what it means and keep denying that this was the game they sent to me. Stay away from Gameseek!
Gameseek sent me the WRONG console after I waited 4 months as it was originally on pre-order. Rather than tell me they havent got the console still, they sent the smaller cheaper one instead. Very bad service, STAY AWAY!

£150 item ordered 6th jan for next day delivery, now 13th jan no item has been delivered, various emails sent to companies customer service dept, with no response.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Same experience here as seen above. Ordered an item that was "in stock" for Christmas and 3 weeks later it wasn't delivered. They actually asked if I'd like to cancel my order which I accepted, but they never refunded. Still trying to follow up but almost 3 month on I haven't got the product or my money back. Shocking treatment of customers.
I wish i had seen this website before ordering with GameSeek. Similar story ordered and paid for faster delivery, told 3 days later it was out of stock, asked for a refund and they are now ignoring my request.
There are plenty of really good gaming websites available to use such as Shopto.net so please dont use this awful company unless you want to be let down
i ordered games from from them time to time. 3 years ago i ordered an adventure game and it is not in their inventory. (out of stock) after 3 years they refund the money to the cancelled card. my bank still investigates it.
i pre-ordered gta v. again they fail. because they did not get remaining balance of it. and did not send any mail for it. when i ask them what happened to my order. they said that i can pay the remaining balance through paypal. after i wanted the paypal address they said that i have to call them. as an international customer i did not want to call them. again they refund it to the cancelled card:)
also they send wrong game once or twice and never pay the difference. stay away from this company.
Same experience here. Gameseek are simply a bunch of liars who do not want to take any responsibility for what they do or omit to do.
Ordered three box sets of a PC game, World of Tanks, early July 2012, nothing received, several emails and no joy, phone unanswered. Website claimed item was in stock. A month later I check their site and they have several hundred in stock! I email them again, to receive a reply of 'Sorry, we will check with suppliers and get back to you soonest'. No reply at the end of the week and phone unanswered, again...
Will be taking legal action if this isn't resolved, and paying them a visit in person.. not necessarily in that order...
I too have ordered something which has failed to arrive - unfortunately they seem not to know how to read or write, let alone supply goods as paid for, as I have sent 3 emails without reply. Mind you that comes as no surprise having now seen some of the numerous online forums.
I would like to advise that this phone number is not in use now and that the other contact details I found on Digitalspy are outdated too as this is the accountancy firm who FORMERLY dealt with Gameseek.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY COWBOYS (I am seeking leagal advice now)
They have taken my directors money for some headsets and was promised standard delivery but have failed. Its now been more then a week and nothing. I strongly suggest no one uses this company as they do not have anything in stock and do not keep to their promises. Close the site down is what i say.

I purchased a ghostbusters game for xbox 360 and they sent me playstation 3 game.
I have no way of contacted them apart from emailw hcih i have done to arrange a return and replacement sent out as i do not want a refund but no reply has been sent as of yet and i am very annoyed aty not being able to speak with them as this should be an easily rsolved issue

Yes. Recently I purchased a PC games. One of them was not delivered. I contacted they per E-mail, per their Web mail service, per post. No response. Money lost.
