About Games on Wheels
I have never posted a complaint before but this company has issues! This is what I wrote the day of my son's party:Hi there I would like somebody to call me as soon as possible I have the 1030
party right now and there are some issues that need to be resolved. I have left a voicemail as well as this email. Long story short I have done my due diligence by numerous phone calls and emails regarding that every TV be operational for Minecraft which the owner of the company has verified
twice would be possible once to me personally and once through Leah (employee) and the workers
are telling me that one of the game systems does not support Minecraft because a fuse had gone and also not all the remotes are working. I invited people according to the capacity the trailer holds and now kids are going to have to sit out. I was told there would be no problems to have the same game on every TV and every child playing call me as soon as possible this needs
to be resolved.
I sent another email when no one got back to me.
To give you the readers a little bit of the back story the guys showed up 20 min early (great for some) but after they came knocking on the door as they were parked outside it completely ruined the surprise for my son. I had taken Google maps screen shots and marked where on the street they were to park and even called to confirm that the email which had these pictures and typed directions were received and they in fact were. I explained this was a surprise and they "completely understood, " yet when the two workers came to the door they said they only got the directions to my address the night before by Leah. Nothing more.
After the surprise was blown, I was hoping the rest would be fine, but as you read above it wasn't. On top of all this the trailer was so cold all the children had to wear their coats the entire time as they were wriggling around trying to get comfortable. On top of no heat and everything mentioned above the trailer was quite run down looking. What made it worse was that I also "was sold" on the Pizza Pizza deal that they have. Really it only saves 3 dollars and the owner of Games on Wheels didn't know this I had to compare online. I figured that the free slice coupons that I would give away in the loot bags was worth it but the week following the party I had almost every parent call me to tell me that the coupons were expired. In 2014! This party was in April 2015!
Well its 3 months later and nothing has been done from the office side. The workers waved the extra fuel charge at the time of the party, and even mentioned that they might get fired for it. One of the workers had tried to call the owner the entire time and I was informed (not that I couldn't deduct on my own) that he is hard to reach and isn't really involved. No one has contacted me and I find it ridiculous.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The idea is great but this company is NOT worth it!
Sincerely,
Really P*#%$d Off!

I was looking for reviews for this service...Kevin Richards---Are you a part of this company? Your comments to the OP is definitely a turn off from even considering your business as an option.

Teaching your son to be a spoiled brat already, way to go parent. Not everything can go their way, and oh the shock that the trailer was cold and run down looking. The problem is you forgot to mention that the party was for Prince Brat rather than an average child. If you do not know who Prince Brat is read that book called the Whipping Boy.
