Ordered twice previously and no problems. This time $75 order (LED flashlights), paid with shipping insurance (paypal) and after 3+ weeks order status said paid, shipping in process. Sending an email, got no response after a week. Went online to find order cancelled!? Sent another email asking why...no response. Found on paypal a refund with a note saying lost in mail. Sent an email asking if I could reorder...no response. On their website now some items are now more expensive...THIS HAS BEEN A HASSLE, BUT THEY DID REFUND. Suspect they are lying about lost in shipping, just a price increase they did not want to honor with an existing order...I am done with this retailer.
