Game Discount Stores / service after game (massmart - walmart) took my money #[protected]

I bought a Fridge online on November 24th, 2017 at +- 06h00
Payu confirmed the money was received and deducted off my account.
That was seamless. I didn't receive one iota of correspondence from Game since. 5 hours of phone calls, email writing, lies, promises of I'll get back to you, etc... NOT ONE E-mail or SMS.
Game has had my money for 11 days after a promise of 3-4 days delivery.

Telephone calls go unanswered and when you do get through they cut you off.

Absolute rubbish service. Never in all the years that I have dealt with Game or Dion have I received such pathetic service.

    I have exactly the same problem with a TV I bought online on the 24th, have you managed to resolve the problem?
