I ordered pens for our display at the Siskiyou Golden Fair last summer. I was told the pens were discontinued, so I canceled my order. Later I received notification that my pens had shipped! When I contacted the company they said I had two accounts: the order had downloaded to both accounts, and only one order was canceled. (I have never had problems with double accounts before in three plus years.) I explained the pens were arriving too late for the Fair display. When the pens arrived, we decided to keep them, but we soon found that they skipped. The company had them picked up to have them all tested by their "quality care department" which claimed there was no problem with them. I do not want these pens; they will not give me my money back. Currently I have no pens and no refund of the $100+ payment.
