[Resolved] Gain City Best-Electric / new lg oled tv issue

1.Purchase New TV model OLED55C8PTA on 22/7/18 at Gain City Tampines One. TV arrived on 25/7/18 at 6pm.TV come without screen protector on front & back which supposed to have for new TV. The serial no was pasted on the packaging box in white sticker label, which suppose to be printed on packaging box itself. After installed watch 2hr.
Q: Why new LG TV sent to customer without screen protector &why the serial no is using white sticker past on packaging box? Is this a display set or used set?Is dealer dishonest? How is the accountability & traceability for serial no control?

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    It's only recently that we are aware of your post.

    All our TV sold are stocks from the manufacturer with local warranty, in this case, LG.

    Please provide us with the invoice number starting with SORCS if this matter is not yet resolved to your satisfaction.
