These people stole my money. They charged me for a product I didn't even order and then gave me the runaround for 3 months to get me past a supposed 90 day dispute time so I couldn't get my money back. These people are thieves and I hope they have a hard time sleeping at night. What goes around comes around.

I ordered free sample of Acai Berry Detox online and was charged $3.95 shipping and handling charge later another fee of .18 cents. I received a full bottle a month later. To my dismay today I found an $87.13 charge on my bank account pluse another charge of $2.73 for a foreign currency exchange. I called the company and insisted on speaking to a supervisor was placed on hold for over an hour and line disconnected. I called back and was told I would be emailed within 24-48 hours. I don't expect that to happen. Now I have to change my account to prevent them from making other unauthorized charges. How stupid was I for not researching this company first! Never again will I order anything on line. You can bet I've learned a good lesson here and wish I could prevent this company from doing this to other unsuspecting people.

What a scam. I've read the other complaints and I'm appalled that this company is still getting away with this. I did recieve my free trial. Before I even recieved my trial though, I was Debited 87.13 from my account. 8 days later, the same thing. I have yet to recieve any other product. My sister had the same thing happen with this same company. We both had to cancel our debit cards and get new ones. When I called the company, I had the same experience with the language barrier. Where are these people from? If you asked a question not on their script they were useless. Have yet to recieve the elusive e-mail from them or to here from the refund dept. Don't think I ever will. How do these people sleep at night?

I too have been ripped off by FWM Laboratories. Ordered the Acaci Berry product for trial, paying shipping only - received it 1/17/09 along with a debit to my account of $87.13 - have made 4 futile attempts to get a refund - have returned the product with an RMA number to no avail. I have reported them to the Florida Consumers Department of the Secretary of State's Office and I am lodging a complaint with the Prosecutors Office as well. I found the agent's information with the Secretary of State's Office. EVERYONE write write write and bug the living hell out of these SOB's, if nothing else! Also please write and send a complaint to the prosecutor's office as well. Can't hurt.

This company FWM Laboratories works with Acaiberry=Acai Berry Detox
Acai Berry Detox
2040 NE 163rd St. Suite 305
North Miami Beach, Fl. 33162

Offering a free sample of Acai Berry Detox for only shipping and handling. Naturally you have to have a payment method, generally a credit or debit card. Once you accept the free
sample they bill you $87.13 every week and do not ship anything. I called emailed and
the email barely hits the airwaves until you get a message you do not have an account with them.
When I called FWM laboratories they said they would issue a refund and close the account. Instead they immediately within minutes of talking to them they attempted to pull another $87.13 from
my card which I stopped. They waited a few days and were successful in pulling another $87.13
from my Visa.
Please stop these people as they are robbing the public of millions of dollars a week.
I have cancelled my debit card and yet they have managed to access my checking account
and continue to take money. Today I am closing my checking account and cancelling
my new Visa debit Card that they should have no knowledge of but these are scammers and
crooks beyond belief.

i ordered from GNS, INc for the Acai berry and all of a sudden i get dinged from my checking acct 5.95, .05, .70...I get a package from GNS and I called the number [protected] which i thought was GNS when my account got charged 87.13 a week after the package came. I canceled my subscription or so i thought and was in the process of sending the items back. Well this was January 26th and on January 31 i get charged 79.90 from Gns for my subcription. I called them immedicately and they were very helpful and will be refunding my money on Wednesday. It has been 2 weeks since i spoke with the first of many people at Fwm Laboratories and i have yet to get my 87.13 back. This is crazy...i ordered from one site and i get charged out of nowhere from this company. Unhappy to say the least...

I ordered the Acia Berry diet and detox pills in 11/2008 for a free monthly trial and only pay shipping. I was charged both the shipping and the monthly fee for the product that DOES NOT WORK. On12/18/2008 I was charged $87.13 from AcaiBerry Detox, on 12/25/2008 I was charged $40.00 from LIPAPHEN, on 1/26/2009 I was charged $40.00 from LIPAPHEN, on 2/27/2009 I was charged $40.00 from *FWM LIPAPHEN, and now recently on 3/26/2009 I was charged $87.13 from AcaiDetoxifier. I contacted the company and cancelled my order within the time frame given and called my bank to cancel my card and have a new one issued. SOMEHOW they mananged to STILL access my account. I've called at least 5 different numbers, all of which are now disconnected to get this under control and have had of course no luck. At one point they did say that my order had been cancelled but obviously not. Now that they are going under at least 4-5 different names they can fly under the radar and not get caught. I'm a single mother of 2, one being disabled, and thought I would for once do something nice for myself, all this has caused me is financial destress and headaches. Especially when they take the money out when my acct is already low.

To those of u who are trying to get your money back from this company here is what u should do. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges with them. They will automatically refund your money back. That's what I did after this company scammed me out of 87.13 x 2. I just received an email stating I will be refunded my total amount from this company. I fought with these people on the phone for 2 weeks and just got tired. When I finally called my bank they assured me that this company was fradulent and there had been many complaints and they had already refunded many people thier money back. I followed steps that other people left on here and by the time I made my attempt this company had already changed thier email addresses, therefore, it didn't work for me. As I stated above I just received an email from them stating I would get a full refund but that was after turning it over to my bank. I really hope this helps someone. I am in the process of getting the local news station in Alabama to do a report on this company to make people aware.

I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox and didn't receive within their 15 days trial. The day I received the product they charged my credit card $87.13. I called to cancel and they said I wasn't in my 15 day period. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and now have to call my bank.

This company is a piece of crap! No where on my order does it say anything about being charged after 14 days if I do not cancel my order. Now I check my statement and I see a charge for $87.13. I've called them and all they are saying is I agreed to the terms and conditions. I've looked at my invoice that I saved and the website again and no where does it state that. I've so-called cancelled what I was supposed to this morning. Let's see what happens next month.

They charged my credit card for product I never ordered. I called the company three times and each time they assured me a refund. This has been going on for over three month and they still owe me over $170.00. This company should be investigated and forced to refund all moneys collected.

I had been looking over some job listings for a friend, I had came accross an ad that said " High Paid Weight Loss Study " - So, it is said that you would get paid " $1500 in a check on the 30th day " here is the email she sent me . . .

" Hello,
Thank you for your interest, you are indeed one of the first 100 people to contact me, so you could certainly reserve the spot.
As stated in the craigslist advert, we need 100 participants that are willing to take a popular diet pill on a daily basis for thirty days.
Everyday we will be recording any differences, and finish the study at the 30th day. If you don't want your name used publicly in the study, then please say so. At the same time, we will compensate you $1500 for your participation. This will be paid in check, on last day.
We will meet a total of four times, and the times will depend on your availability time. Meeting places will be at a local gym of your choice.
The popular diet pill has been featured in many T.V stations and this weight loss product has been used by several famous people. We were lucky enough to have them offer a free trial for us.
If you plan to participate then the following needs to be done:
1) You must fill out the following qualification form to receive the free trial. Here is the link to the form, www.the-study-page.biz.
2) After you submitted your order for the free trial, please email us back your name and your address.

1) Must be above 100 pounds
2) Must be motivated to lose weight
3) Must not be taking more than 5 medication at the same time
* Spots are filling up quickly, so to reserve your spot, get your trial ASAP.
Thanks,
Ashley Dillinger
Diet Research, Inc "

So I go onto the website listed, to get the " free trial " and come to find out it is going to be $3.95 and then $79.32 after 17 days of ordering the product . . . Then I found then site . . . Hmm - I wouldnt have any problem spending $85 to earn $1500 obviously, but why would you have to order the product they want to test ? Diet Research, Inc ? I mean come on, Diet Research, Inc ; how generic, no signature with contact info etc. Wow, glad I found this and hope this will help atleast one person !

I signed up for a "free trial" of acai berry and a detox plan. I was charged $3.95 shipping for both products on 12/21/08. It is 1/7/09 and I have yet to receive the trial products. I received a call from the credit card company's fraud department ascertaining whether 2 new charges were fraudulent. FWM Laboratories had charged my credit card $87.13 and was attempting to make a 2nd charge but it was blocked by the credit card company. I called FWM and was told I would receive a refund for the $87.13 in 10 days but it would not refund the shipping. They stated that I had not cancelled the membership in time and that was why $87.13 was charged to my account. They also stated that the free trial had just been sent out yesterday (1/6/09). How can I cancel a trial that I have not even tried the product? When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there was a queue of 20 people waiting to speak to a supervisor and then they hung up on me before getting my contact information.

I'm sorry to say this but I worked for the crappy company that scammed you - Impulse Marketing. FHM Labs made the Acai Berry pills, but Impulse Marketing called people and sold them. I really needed the money so I bit my lip and went along with it. But I was recently laid off along with just about everyone else. Thank god, I was feeling so terrible about what I was doing.

I'm too afraid to give out my real name because they might come after me but I'm posting their info everywhere I can. Impulse Marketing is a boiler room scam that's only into ripping off as many people as possible.

We "upsold" all kinds of stuff by calling people who already bought something similar. The best were old people or guys that sounded out of it. We would just read from a script and get people to agree a couple times on the "free trial". Then the cards would be charged immediately. And we would give phony toll-free customer service numbers to call back that no one answered.

We were told over and over to never mention Impulse Marketing. We were only supposed to say waht was on the script. Some guys got fired for slipping up and mentioning we were from Impulse Marketing because then we could get found. Well I hope that's exactly what happens now.

We never knew the owners names. We only knew them as the bosses. But all of them drove new Escalades, BMWs, Mercedes, etc. One guy just got a Maserati. I heard they even have a company limo. But they treated all the regular workers like crap and paid us only for the time we were actually on the phone talking to someone. If anyone complained, they would fire them for virutally no reason at all.

Well I looked them up on sunbiz.org and found out who the owners are: Joseph A Montalbano, Matthew R Argall and Christopher Reinhold.

Here's the company info:

got the same...

I replied to email like this:

Hi Ashley,

Thanks for getting back to me,
I am interested, but do have some questions...

Your "free trial" requires me to pay for this to be delivered for $2.00 and change first...? Doesn't seem right. And it is not a thorough application...?

I would want more of a guaranteed payout as well, how do I know the check wouldn't bounce after I've subjected myself to this trial, gas to weight ins, time, etc... for 30 Days?

Can you provide me with some proof of this being legitimate research?

Thank you,

I got the same email. The letter seemed a bit too generic and it was a bit funny that you "meet" at a gym of your choice. ?!? I'm in 30 miles North of Spokane WA. How many people work for this company? Are we to believe they in every city in the US? lol Right.

Also, why do they need us to “test” this if they’ve already had studies done and stars have signed off on it? Yah, okay.

Your posting helped confirmed my skepticism. Thank you.

Just contacted the BBB...hopefully something will be done. For those of you that haven't posted a complaint, please, please make sure you contact the BBB.

Also, I was able to speak to a supervisor, took me 90 minutes to get one on the phone. She informed me that I will receive a full refund within 5-7 days and that I will get an email indicating so. I informed the supervisor that I was going to contact the BBB, the state of Fa and a lawyer (luckily, I'm married to one). As soon as I hung up, I had an email from the refunds dept indicating that I will receive a full refund in 5-7 days...now I just need to make sure that I actually receive my refund.
Also, I'm going to my back tomorrow and cancelling my card so this won't happen again.

The hassel to make things right...

Good luck to all!

As we speak, I am currently on hold with them, 45 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor. I ordered the colonzen and acai berry pills - I read the terms and conditions and canceled my order within the time frame. I received a confirmation # for each cancelled order...so today, I went to the mail box and low and behold, a box of pills from the same address as the previous orders. I went online to check my back account, and $50 was deducted from my account. Apparently, someone from this company took it upon themselves to order me another colon cleanse (and when I say another, I mean a completely different kind as what I had orginally ordered)...they STOLE $50 from me. They ILLEGALLY accessed my account and ordered me a product in which I knew nothing of nor did I ask them to. And now the guy named, Rick is telling me that I'm a liar and he clearly sees in the account that I called and ordered this product. Hense the 45 minute wait to speak to a supervisor. I am sick to my stomach right now, I cannot believe they did this and that I am the LIAR! Please, for whatever you do, if you haven't already ordered from them - DON'T!

I also was scammed by this company that lists a different company and/or product name for each charge. I was charged for 3 bottles of thier colon cleanse that they claim were shipped, but I never recieved. When I tried to get a refund for product that wasn't recieved, all they did was give me a RMA # (return for refund #). How can I return a bottle if i didn't get one in the mail? I was beginning to think their agents were idiots, then it dawned on me that I fell for a scam! I'm not happy that there are others, but it's comforting to know that I'm not the only person. They also claim that you have 15 days to return the product and get your money back if your not satisfied (some free product)... I originally ordered on 7/14/09 and didn't receive a bottle until 8/1, and their recordds confirmed this; my account was charged for the entire $78.53 cost on 7/29/09. They didn't even give me a chance to try the product. I was then charged two more times for product I didn't recieve. On 9/10 I cancelled the account, the agent told me I would recieve a credit for 2 bottles that I never recieved. I never got those credits, and they shipped another bottle on 9/10, which I was charged for on 9/14. There have been no extra charges since then! Yea! Also, consumer beware, they are known as Antiox-berry, Detoxidant, Naturedetox, Life Cleanse...

I strongly agree. I made my original "Sample" order on 8/31/09. Got a call 2 days later to confirm my order and just said "yes " I am confirming my original order not realizing that the person was putting me down for another order. Got a call in another 2 days to confirm as well. I informed the lady on the phone that I had alreadyconfirmed my order and she said something must have happened to the original confirmation. When she got to the part of saying that my shipment would go out that day I started asking more in depth questions. What happened to my original order and she just kept skipping over the question. So I told her to not to confirm me for nothing I did not want her to ship out anything at which she hung up on me. I called the Customer care [protected] and the lady who I spoke to said that I had two accounts with them for the Acai berry and another Detox. I explained to her that their company was very shady and I wanted to cancel all orders that they had in my name and once I recieved the product I would send it back. I was given a confirmation number of the cancellations and assured that my account would not be charged no more the the mailing fee $3.95. I confirmed this more than twice with the Rep. checked my account today and was informed that Hydrocleanse charged account $ 39.95 Needless to say this pissed me off very much. Called the customer care back and was informed that there was only account showing under my name and it was cancelled. I informed her that I had a cancellation numer for two accounts, after being put on hold again she came back and proceeded to tell me that I never cancelled the second order and that if I wanted to be refunded I had to ship the order back once I recieve it. After seeing all the complaints I am not hopeful of a refund but I promise I will do my best. I am informing the BBB about this corrupt company and wish there was more I could do. I have already called my bank. I have never been scammed and there is a first time for everythinhg and I promise this will be the last.

i agree that this is a ripoff. i ordered the "free" trial only to be charged the full $87 for thr one bottle. My credit card company was not very nice about it since they say I agreed to the terms which I stupidly did not! beware also 3 days after my order a man called my house to confirmd and said that i would be sent additional bottles automatically. I said absolutely not and he hung up on me! I feel really dumb for falling for this scam!

Yes, I was scammed like the rest of you! I recieved my supposedly free herbal product on 13 June 2009. My credit card was charged for shipping on 04 June 2009 the day after they had contacted me to verify my address. They tried to sell me another herbal product. I told them that I had only ask for the free one and if it was not free (I did not want the Resvertrol or any of their products). I requested them to cancell the order imediatly! On 22 June 2009 my credit card was billed for $87.13, plus and international fee of .70 cents. Keep in mind that this is still within the 15 day trial period as stated in their online terms! On 23 June 2003, I hand carried my unopened package to them at the above address. I wish you could have seen the look on their faces! I demanded to speak to a supervisor. They sent an employee named Rocky to speak to me" He said how sorry he was for the misunderstanding" Bull ###! I had him sign a paper that he had recieved my package of thier product. He immediatly gave me a confirmation number#1226447 and said I would get my refund. I told him that there had better not be any more charges on my credit card. They have quite an operation going on there. This place is where that take your order and recieve your returns of their product. I saw several USPS white buckets of orders, possibly waiting to be sent or returned. 1. I tried calling them, after I saw the charge on my credit card, got the run around and put on hold serveral times. 2. When I told them that I was in Hollywood, FL and would see them in a few minutes, they would not verify their address, because"of security reasons". 3. If you have been scammed like me and live here in South FL by all means pay them a visit. Here is how to find them. Take I-95 south, take exit 22 for FL-848/Stirling RD, Keep right at fork, follow signs for Davie/Cooper City and merege onto FL-848/Stirling RD, go 0.6 mile get in left lane turn left at N 29th Ave, in two minutes turn right at Greene St... You will see there business on your right. They do not have a sign up. Look on the business's doors you will see their address 3007 on the door. I don't think they want to be found. I later found on the internet that the business is owned by: Brian J. Weiss and Robert W. Harris. There has been an investigation on them from the Office of the Attorney Genral of Florida, Mr. Bill McCollom Case #L09-3-1041... Note: the Board of Commissioners Palm Beach County FL, Consumer Affairs Divison, Public Safety Dept. Has a report on them dated 6/23/2006 to 6/23/2006 The company address is listed as 2040 NE 163RD ST SUITE 305, North Miami Beach, FL 33162 . Business ID : 900578, Business is E-mail: www.aciberrydetox.com, E-mail address:
fwmcancellation@gmail.com. Note: this case was refered to another agency. You can find this info online. The Better Business Bureau has given this company(FWM Laboratories, INC and "F") I hope this information helps you get your refund. If I were you, I would cancell my credit card. Good Luck on getting your refund. I'm still waiting,
Regards

My complaint is just "ditto" to what I have read here. I ordered a "FREE" product for 99 cents shipping and it was sent in a manilla envelope with no information except an advertisement that said, "Thank you for your order". Later, I received an 87.13 charge on my debit card. I filed a police report and notified my bank. It took me days to figure this all out. This is nothing short of STEALING from people. First lying, then stealing. The company should be under investigation and put out of business.

I cancelled within the 15 day period, and received a charge on the 15th day. I went to my bank, filed a complaint, and the lady there didn't believe they would hang up on you (twice for me this morning). She called and tried to rectify, and they hung up on her, too.

Report, call, write, broadcast (anybody connected to the local media in West Palm Beach?).

Yes I was also scammed, not just with money, I used this stuff, just as directed, and was sicker than a dog for 4 straight days, I lost weight for sure! you do that when you throw up uncontrollably for 4 straight days, nothing stayed down, and if that to be a cleanse, let me tell you, there was nothing left but blood! What scares me was, if I was that sick, it might kill someone else... so PLEASE do not use this product, the life you save might be your own, plus your banking will be healthier! If you really want to use a cleanse, PLEASE use DUEL ACTION! That is the best! I used it last year, but thought I would try this one... never again! Do your homework!

Okay, I got sucked in too. I just ordered the trial for $3.95 before reading the "terms of agreement, " my first dumb mistake. I don't do things like this, really! I guess there is a first for everything. I tried calling the company at [protected] and was asked for my credit card number...hmmm is that a good thing to do, I think NOT! Has everyone else here been asked for this information. Is this the only way to get through?

I then immediately sent an email to billing@fwmlabs.com asking them to cancel my order. I called my credit card company and they tell me that I have to wait for the charges to be posted before they can start pursuing a complaint. I'll be watching my account daily.

Shame on me for being so dumb but if I have problems I will be pursuing this through all legal means.

My Dad always said a sucker is born every minute. Little does he know he sired one :(
