I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

I order a trial product with $3.95 shipping and handling. I was billed the full amount of the product at $87. I have requested a refund through their email only contact.

I ordered Acaiberry Detox 12/18/08 and was charged $3.95 and never received the product. Then on 01/02/09 my credit card was charged $87.13 for still a product I never received. I ahve notified the company and have canceled the account but am having difficulty getting the total, $91.08 credited back to my credit card.

ORDERED FREE TRIAL BOTTLE OF THEIR PRODUCT (PAY SHIPPING ONLY) AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY CHARGED 87.00 PLUS MULTIPLE SMALL CHARGES TO MY "ACCOUNT". NOT A FREE SAMPLE, IT ACTIVATES AN ONGOING "ACCOUNT"! VERY DECEPTIVE AND WRONG!

I signed up online for a free trial of Acai Berry Detox and was billed the agreed upon $3.95 for shipping. A little over three weeks later I was billed for another $88.00! The only number I have is from my bank statement [protected]) and no one seems to want to talk to me. This really stinks! I hope at some point they get caught.

Ordered Acai Berry "free trail" for 3.95. Did not authorize any more shipments of product and recieved more about 30 days later and was billed 87.13 on debit card.Called their customer service # and cancelled order. When I asked to return unwanted product for a refund they say I will recieve E-mail in 24-48 hours with information regarding return and refund. The number I called was [protected].

I have been billed 3 times in the month of Dec. I called and cancelled my order...first with a young man named Aysee, then with a women named Michelle Evans. They assurred me they would reverse the charges. That was 2 weeks ago. The last time I called, they said I had been refunded 2 of the charges, but it has not appeared in my bank account. They are frauds and liars. I am debating whether to notify the BBB.

This company is a COMPLETE scam. Never, not once in the lead website is there a disclaimer that notifies the consumer that they are going to be charged almost 90 dollars EVERY month for a subscription. All I did was sign up for the "free" trial and get ripped off. Instead of 3.95 the crap was 87.75 and the stupid customer service rep was from somewhere (not Florida like the intro on the phone says) and I could not understand her. I am appalled that when I asked for my money back she told me I could not have it! I thought that the contract was applicable to MY satisfaction. The crap DOES NOT WORK and I will never use anything from them again. I want my money back now and I cannot get anyone to refund it. I would even send the rest of the crap back to them but even they don't want it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOWWWWWW! I actually demand to speak to the president of the company. If he/she sees this, call me and we will have a nice discussion about how I am going to report them to the BBB and anyone else that will listen. People if you are wise, don't fall for this scam, I would hate for anyone else to be ripped off.

Have been scammed like many others..Charged $87.13 for a bottle of supposedly Acaiberry and before days passed..got another one in the mail..Called to return, NOT given an RA number and "supervisor" out talked me on the phone..Sent back with postal receipt and still no satisfaction for refund.
Someone needs to close this company down and refund all their customers money.

I cancelled a Free Trial of Acai Berry Detox by the end of the trial period and was still charged $87 and change. This has caused me to have to cancel my Visa card while I await their refund department from processing the cancellation and refund.
This company's scam is to grab you with a "Free 14 Day Trial" and in print so small you can't hardly see it, their terms say "trial period starts from date of shipment"... Well, it took about 8 or 9 days to receive the free trial product and I phoned on the last day to cancel. They processed a charge on the day after I phoned and then tried to tell me I cancelled after 14 days.

I ordered the "free trial" of acai berry and life cleanse. I received 2 bottles per day for 8 days - this made me suspicious so I began trying to contact the company to cancel the order. The number included in the shipment did not allow me to talk with anyone. Initially, I got an automated message stating that my wait time was approximately 3 - 5 minutes. I called this number 5 times at different times of day and I waited on hold for anywhere from 8 to 22 mintues before getting frustrated and hanging up. At times, the number was just busy. The number on my credit card statement had a message stating, "the voice mail box you have reached is full" and then disconnected. They began charging my credit card - one day it was $87, the next day it was $69. I had to cancel the credit card and file dispute paperwork with my bank.

I signed up for the free products - acai berry and life cleanse. When I did, no where did it state that I needed to cancel within 14 days or credit card will automatically be charged. Have been trying to contact the company but line is always busy. At night, when I call, although I stay on line for a long time, it will transfer me to an extension and then ask me to leave a message - I left several messages but no return phone call.

I just finished talking to Customer Service and she said she successfully cancelled my subscription. And then, after I asked her how to return the products so I can get a refund, she stated that that amount was for the product since I did not cancel within the time period. I told her that I received another 2 bottles and I wanted my money back. She then told me that the only one who can refund me was the Refund Dept and that I could contact them only by email. I told her that their refund policy was that I needed an RMA number to return the product. It was only when I told her that I filed a complaint with you that she gave me my RMA number.

This company is a fraud and needs to be closed down.

I writing to make sure that everyone reads this before considering a company to order from on the internet. Back in January I ordered the Acai Berry Detox and received their product on Feb. 2 but after speaking with my doctor he advised that I don't use the product and promptly return it as it is not good to use herbal medicine with seizure medication. I returned their product in its original package, unopened the very next day with a delivery confirmation receipt. I promptly followed up to assure they received my letter and cancelled my order to which I was told they did and that it was cancelled on the 11th of Feb. and received a confirmation on cancellation. On Feb. 17th, my credit card was charged for $40.00 and you better believe I was on the phone in a heart beat only to hear their must be a mistake and that it was being forwarded to the refunds dept. Well that has now been over 2 weeks ago and still no return. I called again yesterday and was told that it was still in the returns dept however could speak with no one from this dept. It has been nothing but a run around and they know it was fraud. You told me it was cancelled and even gave me confirmation that it was on the 11th yet you charged me on the 17th, down right devious and I hope they look into this. I am going to be speaking to an attorney about all of this. This is not right. How can you claim something is cancelled and then charge someone. I know it wasn't a matter of the product because I took pictures of the product in the original packaging and me mailing it so they couldn't say it was opened. I am married to a police officer so I know to cover my bases and how this all works. I am fed up. I hope you investigate this as well. I know I am not alone its just that other people don't know their rights as a consumer and how these companies attempt to cover up.

Sincerely,
Shannon P

I ordered a free sample. Two weeks later, this company fraudulently charged my debit account in the amount of of $87.13 TWICE. I called the toll free number and was put on hold for 16 minutes. Once my call was finally answered, I was informed that I had 14 days to cancel my order (I was sure the website said 30 days) and since I didn't do so, the fees were processed. I was then told my request for refund would be answered by the appropriate department via email.

I ordered the ACAI on line and agreed to pay the shipping and handling of $3.95, a week later another bottle on ACAI came and billed my credit card of #87.-- which I didn't authorized. I tried calling several times the [protected] for their customer service to cancel and report but it only gives a message of ' this machine is full, it cannot take any messages at this time'. No further directions were given for complaints. the ACAI capsules didn't agree with me, it gave me headaches and feeling 'tight'. So I want to return them and get my money back.

I ordered a trial of ResV product as shown on Oprah show and was only to pay shipping. My account has now been charged for two different products which I did not order and did not receive. I did not agree to any subscriptions. When I call the number given to me by my bank for this company they keep you on hold for hours and no one picks up.

On 3/23/09 while I was out of town on vacation in Florida I saw an offer for a free 30 day trial of ACAI Berry Detox, plus shipping. I looked over the entire site and on the payment page for the trial offer it said I had a 'RISK FREE 30-Day Money Back Guarantee' if I was not completely happy. I did not return home until 3/30/09 and did not receive the product until I returned home. I had pre-scheduled surgery on 4/9/09 and I was unable to start using the product to begin to evaluate it until 4/18/09. I noticed on my credit card bill that I used for payment of the shipping charges that I had been billed $87.13 on 4/7/09 for this product! This charge to my credit card account was made BEFORE I could have reasonably had any opportunity for my 14 day evaluation, and certainly before my 30 day RISK FREE period had expired!

I called them on 4/20/09 and immediately canceled my account, and requested a credit back to my credit card for the $87.13 charged to the account on 4/7/09. The person I spoke with indicated that he would put in a request for a refund, but could not 'guarantee' I would receive one. I asked to speak with his supervisor, but he said the refunds were handled by the 'refund department' and I could call back and speak with them in about 3 days to check on the status of the refund. I advised him to make a notation to my account that I did not agree to this charge and I was demanding a full refund and, if that did not occur, I was disputing this charge with my credit card company. This place is a complete scam and I would urge others not to use their product. Their advertising regarding responsibility for future payments is misleading and is open to several interpretations. Obviously, they chose the 'interpretation' that was most advantageous to them!

Little did I know what I was Getting into So I Ordered it as well As the Acaiberry diet Pills for $4.95 Shipping and Handling which I thought was also Free Little did I know that the pills was not Free It was a Free 14 day Trial. Beginning When they were ordered, And if not Canceled before the trial ran out they Bill your account. My account was Billed by FWM Lab on 1/2/09 for 89.74 For the free Acaiberry Detox and I had not had the Product 7 days ? It was Christmas Time. I used my ATM card from Sun Trust and asked for their Help with this. Well they had disclaimers at the bottom of the page I didn't See ! FWM has stated that they will Refund My Monies in 7 to 10 Days from Jan 30 / 2009 As of Feb 16th No Refund. I have called them numberous times and they keep telling that they will contact the Refund Dept and they should Email Me. I have heard this For Well over a Month. I aso filled their Coustomer Service Mailbox up with complaints and pleeded with them for my refund. I was told I would Get $87.31 instead of the $89.74 that they took out of my account without my permission. The other Company Suprem Brands, wwwacai8.com Also took $81.28 without my permission the same scam as FWM Lab. And I never received the Product with this one. But the were nice and Refunded 78.91 of the 81.28 they took with out Permission and refunded the $4.95 Because the product Never came ? I Do'nt understand where the $2.37 went But I guess I was lucky to Get what I Got.

Attention: Customer Service, FWM Laboratories

My son placed an order with your company for Acai Berry Detox for $3.95 and a Life Cleanse for $3.95 only. After receiving the products, within three days I was charged $87.13 on my credit card of which I did not authorize. I have tried contacting your company with the phone numbers that I have obtained from your website, [protected] and [protected] both of which were either out of service or the voicemail box was full. I have filed a dispute with my bank regarding this charge.

I would appreciate an email from you as well concerning this unauthorized charge.

Thank you.

i checked my banking account today and noticed a charge for today, 2-14-09, for $87.13 from acai elite. which comes from above business name. i did not authorize for FWM to charge my account and ordered the product because it was being offered for free. i was only responsible for the shipping/handling which was $3.95. i dispute this charge and i'm not authorizing this charge. i have already informed my banking institutions.

I received a call from our credit card company indicating there was a questionable charge pending from FWM Laboratories for Resv-Ultra for $87.13. Upon calling the company, I was told that they only placed an order for shipping and handling of a sample for $2.55. The heavily accented person denied the company had ever entered the $87.13 charge. She indicated that my wife had ordered a free sample through email which she says is not true. She indicated she would credit the $2.55 (still denying there there was ever a $87.13 charge). Making the order even more questionable, she quoted my wife's G-mail address that she never uses. We have no idea how the order got entered or the unused G-mail addressed was obtained.

A representative of my credit card company indicated that since the card had been "compromised" they were canceling the credit card, would send a new one and contact credit bureaus to assure they would not change our credit rating. They also indicated they would investigate the situation to determine if they should refuse future charges from the company.

I stupidly ordered this product, but then called and cancelled it within two hours after ordering. I was given a cancellation number, but the product was shipped anyway and I was charged. I called my credit card company to dispute and was told by the customer service rep. that they have dealt with complaints about this company many times. I guess I will wait and see if they try to charge me again. Just from talking to their customer service people I can see they are not a reputable company.

I sent for free trial but didn't cancel in the 14 days. I called the company but received a busy tone or was hung up on several times. When I did get through was placed on hold extremely long. I was charged 87.13 on my credit card for a shipment that I had not received.

I canceled the contract and called my credit card company to try and dispute the charges my credit card company advised me that I was charged another 91.13 for another shipment. I still have not received either shipments. I requested a refund and was told no even though I had not received any merchandise. This is a scam.

I had ordered the 'free' trial of both the Acai Berry and Life Cleanse. I was unaware that I only had a 14 day limit to cancel. I also did not receive the product until ten days after I was billed for it.

I tried calling once I was billed the $87.13 the first time but only kept getting busy signals. Then tried again after the second. As you can tell it took me four different times, with four different numbers to finally get through.

I have called all the numbers, and have finally been able to get that it has indeed been canceled, I also contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and filed a claim. I will be contacting my bank about making sure this will not happen again.

I was told that if I sent back the unopened containers of the products with the RMA # that I would get a refund, but I have not received any confirmation that anyone has received their refund.

Next time I want to lose ten pounds I'll go to the gym.

I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Detox from FWM Laboratories for $3.95 shipping. There web site stated I had 14 days from the shipping date to cancel without being charged any further. The product was shipped on 01/29/2009 and I canceled on 02/11/2009.

They gave me a cancellation number and told me that I would not be charged and the next day they charged my account $87.95. I have called them back several times and they keep telling me that I didn't cancel within the 14 days after shipping. I canceled 13 days from the shipping date.

Don't order anything from this company, they are frauds, they will make unauthorized charges on your account and won't refund your money.

On Jan. 27, 2009 I responded to an internet ad for Acai Berry Detox. The ad advertised RISK FREE trial. All I had to do was pay for shipping and handling. I paid for this with my charge card. I did receive the Acai Berry Detox, and on Feb. 26 2009 I received a phone call from my credit card company suspecting fraudulent charges on my account. They advised me to contact this company and ask them to remote their charges, I did so immediately. I spoke with Joseph Garcia and was told I only got the RISK FREE trial for 14 days then I had to cancel the free trial. I told Joseph that I had not agreed to those terms and I kept copies of ever page from the internet and none of that was on any of them. I ask him to forward me where I had agreed to pay $87.13. He just kept repeating that I owed them. After a while I ask to speak to his supervisor and was transferred to David (who would not spell his name for me) and told the exact same thing that Joseph had said. Again I ask to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold, with no one to answer my call.

I have changed by credit card and they are sending me paper to fill out regarding the fraudulent charge.

I hope others read this and do not make the same mistake of ordering from this company.

I requested a 'Free Sample' of acai berry pills. The add said try it free for 30 days pay only the 4.95 shipping fee. I entered my debit card info to pay for the shipping and waited. The item never came, so I figured maybe it got lost, or went to the wrong address or whatever. I was only out the shipping fee so it didn't matter that much. However on 1/20/2009 I was reviewing my debit card account on-line, and it showed that I had negative funds available. There was a charge for $87.13 processed on 1/19/2009 that said; Lipaphen [protected] Fl. That charge had put my account into a negative, which lead to an additional $40.00 in fees.

I immediately called the number listed with the charge to find out what was going on. When I realized what it was for, I informed the rep. that not only did I have no knowledge of this charge being authorized, but I hadn't ever received the pills. She then offered to have them re-shipped to me. I declined stating that if I had prior knowledge of the charge that occurs if you don't send the pills back after 15 days (not 30, as stated in the add), I wouldn't have even bothered ordering the 'FREE sample' in the first place. I told her I wanted a refund of that money to my account. She then back tracked and started explaining that the paper in the package explains that the pills must be sent back in order to not be charged.

I explained again that I wouldn't know that being that I never got them. I started getting a little upset, and told her to make sure my so called 'membership' with them was closed. She kept trying to convince me to get another supply sent out to me. I declined AGAIN, and asked for my money back. Finally after about a 15min back and forth with her she stated that she was sending the request to the refund dept., and that it would be processed. I apologized to her for raising my voice, and told her I realized she was just trying to do her job. After about a week, I call back and am told that the refund is still processing.

Another week...still processing. I spoke with the bank that my card is through, and was informed that by law FWM has 30 days to process a return. So I waited. 30 days goes by, and still no refund. So I call FWM again. This time the rep. I spoke with tells me that they (meaning the reps.) have no way of processing a return, she also tries to let me have them send out another 'FREE sample'. I was extremely angry and told her that I have been waiting a month for a return that I was told was processing. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, or someone that COULD process my return. She then tells me that I've got to send an e-mail, and that there is no one there that can help with the return. I got the e-mail address from her and sent an e-mail on Feb. 23rd explaining my frustration and asking that my refund be processed immediately!

Three days later I received an e-mail back that said my request was being reviewed. It is now March 1st 2009, and I have still received no refund. So I decided to send another e-mail, this time I got an e-mail that told me the e-mail address was invalid. After I received this message I called the 'customer service' number again, and explained yet again the situation and also mentioned the e-mail being no longer a working address. This rep. ALSO TRIED TO SEND ME THE PILLS AGAIN! I said NO! I told her I have been waiting over a month for my money, and that I wanted to speak with someone that could get me my money. She said that she sent a ticket to the refund department, and that I needed to wait just two or three days then call back to get the status, she even tried to ice the cake by saying she assures me that it will now be processed...

at this point i'm giving up and hope that filing a complaint will do something towards putting this company out of business. I will call back in three days, but have no real hope left that i'll ever see my money. Basically I spent $87.13 on raising my blood pressure.

I ordered the Acia Berry 30 day supply "free" trial. I had to pay $3.95 s/h. I received the product with no information included about future orders and the next week I had an automatic charge $87.13 deducted from my checking account. When I called the company I was told that only 15 days was free and that I was being charged for the entire bottle. I never saw anything about this on the web-site. How can we stop these people from getting away with this?

There was no information that I saw that indicated I would be charged later if I did not return the trial order within fourteen days. I was surprised to see a $40.00 charge on my account when I received my current statement. It was charged under a different ID than the shipping charges, so until I called the telephone number on my CC statement, I didn't know what the charge was for. They couldn't refund my money because I was supposed to have agreed to the additional charge if I didn't cancel within fourteen days. I went back to the website and still could not find the 'fine print' that tells you to cancel in fourteen days. This company should be closed down.

I ordered the free trial and paid the shipping readin the terms and conditions first, knowing nothing is free, decided to try. the company called me to ask if i wanted to sign up for the colon cleanse as well, i stated on the recorded phone call i did NOT want anything from this company, do not charge my card she said ok and hung up. i was charged 87.13 plus 2.97 foreign transaction fee. i am a single mother of two so i manage my bank account down to the last dollar, so when this was charged i over withdrew from my bank, so in total i am out 122.00. this is a scam im calling my local news company to get the word out. DO NOT TRY THIS!

I ordered the acai berry and the colon cleanser 2 weekss ago. They said pay shipment and receive the products and give a testimonial. you receive the pills no charge. I checked my bank account and these people have taken out $87.13. I called the company no answer. The phone is full. I called the bank to stop payment. Now I have to waitand file a dispute complaint.
