I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

A $3.99 trial size was advertised (30 day supply) and then an unauthorized charge of $87.13 on my credit card 15 days later. Customer Representative of company states they are authorized to charge card if I did not respond to e-mail within 15 days of trial size purchase. Only e-mail I got was confirmation of delivery. So basically, I get my 3.99 trial size and nothing for the additional unauthorized charge of $87.13. That was the penalty for me not responding to their invisible e-mail.

i only ordered the trial of ACAI BERRY to try on 11/23/08 for $3.95. but $87.13 was charged on 12/07/08 to
my credit card and has been billed twice since 11/23/08 for $87.13 when i called my credit card provider about the charges she advised me that another charge had come in since i received my bill yesterday (01/05/09). my credit card provider gave me these options: to send in a dispute letter and to block future charges by canceling my cards and having new ones issued, i did that 01/05/09 when i got my statement! we have had our cards for years and i'm so careful about charging anything and this was an internet order. i've been unable to make contact with them using the [protected] i just got this when i called : the voice mail box is full and cannot take my call. my credit card provider gave me another phone number that appeared with the second charge of $87.[protected]) i got a voice message to leave a message and they would return my call. no one has called as of yet and i don't believe they will. I'm mad as hell about this and I'm not going away. I will report them to the FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, THE FBI'S INTERNET FRAUD DIVISION.

I received a call from my credit card company and they saw 2 charges that were not authorized by me. One was made on Dec 31, 2008 for 87.13, and the next was Jan 2, 2009 for 69.95. The Dec 31, 2008 was charged in a grocery store in Israel I was told by my CC company. That is when they became suspicious of the illegal card use. The other was an online electronic store. I hadn't made any purchases using that card for over 1 week. The cancelled the card and are sending me forms to submit for fraud, unless they deem the fraud for themselves, which sounds as if they already knew way before I did.

I performed a search on the web to see other people were charged the unusual amount of $87.13.
I saw this amount as far back as 2006 recorded for a cosmetics scam, which makes me think this company keeps changing their website, contact info, and products to keep roping in people to steal from their credit/debit cards.
Rule of thumb, never use debit cards online with a company unless you know they have a stellar reputation, you may not see any money back in your bank account. Plus good credit card companies tend to catch fraud quickly and will protect most people from the thieves taking advantage of them multiple times.

I was upset to think someone in Israel is stealing money from all over the web to fund their operation and raises added concern for the use of their profits.

its apparent that many people have been dooped by this company and have been charged astounding amounts of money at the same time. my girlfriend was one of them as well. she purchased a free trial version of the acai berry diet pills and was told she only had to pay shipping and handling. she recieved the product and it seemed everything was ok. then yesterday after posting 250.00 into our account we looked online at our bank account to find that we had been charged 87.13 which put us in the red. im now negative in my account and after speaking with the bank manager apparently they've had alot of people come in dealing with the same thing. Unfortunately, it seems as though there's nothing the bank can do but dispute it and hope that it rules in our favor. We too called the company back and waited, and waited, and waited until finally we got ahold of somebody and talked for about two hours just to get her apparent membership or whatever canceled. this is not only fraudulent but in everyway illegal. No company can make charges to your account for things a person didnt buy or agree to purchase. My bank manager said if a person gives there charge card number over the phone to an online company its possible they could continue charging you many times for things you dont want or never even agreed to buy and there's pretty much nothing you can do about it. Im sure these overdraft charges im being hit with (secondary income for the bank owner) help pay her salary though. it seems to me this company needs to be shut down and the only way i see this happening is if there is legal action taken. anyone who's been dooped by this needs to contact me at765-356-4005 with full name and number u can be reached at so that we can contact legal team to help assist us in pursuing a class action law suit against this company. if possible please respond at the soonest that way we can get this process started as quickly as possible.

Ordered a "FREE Trial product" from this company...never received product AND got charged $87.13 on my account. When calling and complaining I got the runaround again and again and again. I was even told that my account had been refunded the $87.13 that day I called. As you would expect my account was never refunded! I was also charged a mysterious $2.16 similar to other blogs I have read. THIS IS A SCAM. I wish I could close these SOB's down.

I ordered a free trial sample of the Acia Berry Cleanse. I was to be charged $3.95 from my debit account. After receiving the product and trying it, I was to either cancel the subscription or continue with it and be charged $87.13 each month there after until I chose to stop it.

I never received the sample product, or anything else from their company, and was charged $3.95 for the sample and then charged another $87.13 by this business two weeks later.

I called the number given to complain. [protected]. The first several times I called, I received notice that their mailbox was full. Once I received an actual person that put me on hold for eternity with horrible music.

I called several times more times, then found another number online. I did speak to some sort of very unprofessional representative... and am hopeful I will receive my refund.

This company is absolutely horrid and the experience is very unsettling.

Wow...I'm glad I'm not the only one that missed the "terms and conditions" when I ordered my free trial. When I saw that they had charged my credit card $87.13 I called immediately to cancel my account. It was too late. They sent another bottle and charged me again. I refused it at the post office and called them back. I called them every week for 10 weeks. They told me they had sent my request to the refunds department. When I called 3/19/09 i spoke with a supervisor and she told me it was their policy that each customer was to receive only one credit. What a scam! I have since taken the advise from I GOT MY REFUND and hope to get my second $87.13 back. Good luck to you!

An order was placed for what was believed to be a free sample for the product Acai Elite detox cleanse. I discussed trying this product with my doctor, since I also, take medication for hypertension. I was instructed not to use the product, so I cancelled, however, I was billed within days of making the call for $87.13, $5.95, $3.95, 0.12, $2.61, a total of $99.76. The unopened product was returned to them, but I never received my money back on my Visa card. Today, I spoke with a supervisor named Kaycee Johnson and was told that since the cancellation occured in Feb.09, they will not refund my money, I am on a fix income and can not afford to lose or give money away, due to fruad.

Charged $87.13 on my credit card for Oxi-Berry. The product was advertised as Acai Berry Detox, and I called to cancel it before the 30 day trial. I never received the product in time to have it 14 days. I was told the trial was 14 days, and I had 30 days to return the product. I disputed it on my credit card, but they want more information about the cancellation policy. Don't have the credit yet! It is nearly impossible to find the website again - and there are so many acai berry trial samples offered out there.

WARNING: This company can not and should not be trusted. I ordered one bottle of Acai Detox, and one bottle of life cleanse on 12-29-08. They mailed 4 bottles of life cleanse on 1-5-09, but I didn't receive them until January 14, 2009. At that I contacted them and told then they had mailed 4 bottles, and no acai berry, and a Shar told me I should be receiving the acai berry still, and she would cancel my subscriptions to both so I would not be charged. She told me to keep the 4 bottles because it was their error. The next day I received another bottle of Life Cleanse. Then on Dec 16, 2009 they charged my account for two bottles. I tried for a week to contact them, and got no answer. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau which I see everyone else is doing. BBB got not response from them either. On 2-27-09 I called them again and miraculously got an answer and talked to a Sean Scott(bogus name I'm sure). He informed me I was charged because I didn't cancel my subscription until after the trial date ended. I explained that Shar told me I would not be charged any charges, and he said that meant forthcoming. I explained that was not what she told me. He then said if I would mail back 4 unsealed bottles I could get a refund. The only problem with that is I had opened one of the bottles, and gave a friend a bottle since Shar told me to keep them. I offered to return the bottles to Shar and she said since it was their mistake to keep them. Then on 2-27-09 I called back and spoke with Paula(another bogus name, I'm sure, and she gave me that same spill. I asked both of the representatives for a name of the owner of this piece of crap company, and was denied by both stating they were representatives and the only ones who could help me. Please do not be duped by this company like I was. Any reputable company would provide their consumers access to their leadership(that term used very loosely)or the owner of their company. I truely hope God will punish the owner of this fraudulent company and all the people who work for it for what they are doing to people. I hope each and everyone of them experience the same disappointment with a company as I have at some point in their lives!

I ordered a free trail of Acai Berry Cleanse, this ia a total scam. I found out that if you try something for free and they ask you to pay for the shipping with a credit card, thats the scam, as they will probably take unauthorized funds out of your account now that they have your card number. These guys did just that. I paid the $3.95 for shipping and then they took 87.13 from my account, a fee I never authorized and I didn't even recieve the FREE sample at that point. I want my money back and I have no idea if this product even does what it is suppose to do.

I ordered a 30 day "free" supply of acai berry from this company on or about march 1, 2009, and gave my credit card number to pay for shipping...it was my understanding that this was a free 30 trial offer, and if I wanted to purchase it, I would then give them authorization to bill me for future shipments...I did not know that in their fine print on the "free" offer site, I had to notify them within 30 days to NOT bill by account...I don't consider this a free offer...on march 18, 2009, I discovered that they had billed my credit card for $87.13...I never even found a price on the original offer, so I didn't have any idea who this was from...I called my credit card company, and was given a merchant number to call, which ended up being a number to dell computer!...when I got home, I found the order which I had not started taking, and a number that I called and spoke to both a clerical person, and a supervisor, who both told me it was too late to stop payment because I didn't respond within 15 days, which I never sayw on anything...there was no such information in the order itself!...I think this entire thing is a complete ripoff! win parr, granbury tx

I ordered this free trial also and with in twenty min of ordering I canceled the order. After I thought everything was o.k. they sent me a package and I did call and got a RMA number and sent the first package back. They were supposed to credit my account the shipping charge of $3.95 and they never did. I have called the credit card company and they are disputing the charges also. Another package came to me in the mail a month after the first one. I have called every number that has been given and when I seen that there were more complaints I found this number [protected]. I just got off the phone with this number and they are supposed to cancel my order and refund me my money. I can say with all the number i have gotten the farthest with this one. I did let them know that I have documented everything and that they are being flagged as committing FRAUD. I also let them know that my lawyer would be contacting them over there unauthorized charging to my credit card. Out of this whole ordeal I have learned a lot. I will never order before researching the company and probably wont order off line any more. 1/13/2009

I requested an on-line trial of the ACAI BERRY DETOX on 1/14/09 and did not receive the product until 2/6/09. On 2/13/09 I called to cancel because it made me sick to my stomach and was given a confirmation number. I noticed that I was charged $87.13 on 2/15/09 so I contacted [protected], while on hold for 30 minutes I noticed I had also been charged $87.13 on 1/29/09. When the rep finally came on I was told that they would forward my concern to the refund department and she could not give me an ETA on when I would receive my refund. I then requested to speak with a supervisor and was transfered to x 0240 and left a detailed message and requested a call back.

After reading other complaints I wonder if I will ever hear from this company again.

Order on line 2 products of Acai berry. Detox & Colon Cleanse. Never received Colon Cleanse. My account was debit on 12-22-08, $3.95 for each product. Then also on 12-22-08 my acount was debited $.05 for each product.
Today 01-03-2009 my account is being debited for $8713 for EACH product. They were not given permission to do additional debiting of my account and I did'nt order any more product. I tried calling and no one answers. I went on line and found all the fraud complaints from custome about the same rip off of their banck accounts.

FMW Laboratories market there Acai Berry Products of Detox and Cleanser as free Items for just the cost of shipping $3.95. I was billed 3 times for the detox product and full prices of $87.13 for the cleanse. When I tried to cancel the order and question the charges I found that the toll free number they list is no longer in service. Their website also turns up no access to customer service rep.

Now I'm worried about continuing charges on my credit card for products I no longer want. My credit card company says I have little recourse but to send a certified letter to FMW laboratories and then they maybe able to do something to stop further charges. This is the first time I've bought anything over the internet--I know now buyer beware.

In February of this year I sent away for a free sample of the Acai berry detox. I later found out that the free sample cost me over $89.00. I immediately called and cancelled the product. I have since been billed for two other shipments, that I have not received. I have made numerous calls to get a refund but nothing works. They do asknowledge the that account is closed but do not know why they are still billing my account. They also say that they are sending the product but I have not received any since the initial "free" sample, Again I am sitting here waiting to be transferred to a supervisor, that I know will never answer, last time I was on hold for over an hour. My last resort is to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE LOWEST ### OF THE EARTH.7

PLEASE do not fall for this scam! Take it from me, and all the other victims. I received two bottles of Acai Berry Detox, and never received the Life Cleanse. I tried to call and cancel time and time again, only to have music played in my ear minute upon minute. The one time someone did answer, they "couldn't hear me" and told me I would have to call back later. I packaged up the two unopened bottles and sent them back with a note informing them that their 24/7 customer support line was a joke. Today, I have two charges of $87.13 each on my account, and have had to cancel my card so that they cannot put any more charges on it.

I was another victim of the fraudulent practices of FWM Laboratories...wish I had done my homework and viewed this site before my purchase..
On 4/12/09 I made an agreement to pay to ship a "free" bottle of ACai berry to my home. Like an idiot, I did not read the fine print that it was a 14 day trial and I would eventually get charged 87.13 if I did not opt out. Four days after the trial ended, I called the company to tell them I did not authorize the charge to my card and I wanted it removed. I was also willing to send back the unopened bottle so they could refund me. THey refused to do so...told me this is my fault.
What gets me the most is I received my product on 4/22/09.. the trial ended on 4/26/09...my card was charged on 4/27/09...i basically had 4 days to trial the product.
They had the audacity to ask me why I wanted to cancel this, I told them "...because this is [censored]", she then said she would end the phone call if I used more vulger language! I got lots more where that came from...

I did not order ACAI Berry Detox or any product from FWM Laboratories. I was shock that they got my card info. I called and finally got the supervisor, Tina Jones, she charged $3.95 to an account I can't find. She informed me no refunds and that the account is closed. But I see the same exact complaints from others that they then charged $87. How in the world did they find a credit card info, it must be a old account that is no longer in uses. AND how do I stop them!

I too was scammed on this. They charged my credit card account within the 2 week period. When I called them and told them that I had sent it back to them and called and cancelled the product, I was told that I did not cancell in the allotted time frame, and I told them again that I had sent the package back to them, and they said that if I did not call to get a RMA # that I could not be credited. I am disputing this on my credit card right now. They charged $87.13 without my approval. Beware of these people, they are scam artists!

Like so many others I was tricked into ordering the so called free trial of Acai Detox. The charge to my credit card was to be $2.00 for shipping. Nothing at all was stated about canceling anything within a certain time period. In fact, as soon as I gave my info for the two dollar charge another site popped up referring to Cash for your old Gold. There wasn't even anything to print out with the name of the company on it. Now my account has been charged 87.13. This was not authorized and when I tried to call the phone numbers listed for this company they were all out of service. I am currently trying to cancel this transaction with my bank. Something should be done about this fraud. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income.

I too am a victim of FWM Labs I ordered a trial sample of the Acai Berry Detox/Colon cleanse product from this company. But before I could even try the sample offer or cancel the order they had charged my credit card $40 for each product which totaled $80. After cancelling the order 2/19/09 and expected a refund to my card, as of today I have called the company a total of 5 times regarding my refund and each time I'm told to call back in 2-3 days and my refund should be processed. What can be done about this company? If there is anything to be done, they should not be allowed to stay in business this is a total ripoff scam. Any suggestions is very much welcomed.

I ordered a trial offer of Acai Berry on 1/8/09. I called to cancel the product 1/23/09 when I seen a debit from my bank account and did not know what it was for. They cancelled my account the same day and stated I would receive a full refund of $87.13 since no other product was shipped to me. I was told I would receive a refund back into my bank account from the card # that I used to place my trial offer within 7-10 business days. I was told the refund was processed on 2/2/09 and to check with my bank if I did not receive it. I have now been calling them and my bank every week since then and I keep being told that my bank is not giving me the refund and that they have already processed my refund and that they cannot do anything else for me. I still have not received a refund and my bank cannot process a refund to my account when there is no credit showing. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. I called again 3/11/09 and requested a letter be emailed to me with the date of my order, date of cancellation, refund amount and the card # it was credited to be able to take to my bank, but I don't know if that will help. They WILL NOT help me, even if I ask to be transferred to a Supervisor. Is there anything I can do?

I ordered a trial bottle of Life Cleanse for $3.95 and a few days later my account was charged $87.13. I called immediately to cancel any auto ship [conpletely unauthorized] and to request a refund of the charge. My account was credited $40 within a few days, but I am still trying to get the balance of $47.13 refunded. Today, while on hold for 47 minutes, I went online and found to my great dismay that there are pages of people who have the same issue with this company. How can they get away with this?

There is a charge on my credit card entitled "Ultra Cleanse" for $87.13. When I called the toll free number I spoke with someone who did not speak English. I asked for his supervisor and 20 minutes later a supervisor came on the line and after I told them I did not order this product nor did I ever receive this product and that I would like a refund he gave me a refund confirm number and said it would take at least 30 days to receive a refund. I am skeptical as to whether a refund will ever come. The communication between myself and these individuals was very difficult. I reported this to my credit card company and they are investigating this incident.

I was lured to this site because it came highly recommended . This person had a link in their email. I fell for it. SCAMMED! I ordered the ACAI BERRY DETOX for free but agreed to pay $3.95 shipping and handling (free?). I got my bank statement and a charge of $87.13 was taken from my account for ACAI BERRY COLON HEALTH. This caused my account to be overdrawn with an OD charge of $30.00. I only draw a disability check so I am on a fixed income. I figure my bills down to the last penny. There are 3 more checks yet to come out of my account with an overdrawn balance. Three checks x's $30.0 = $90.00 in overdraft fees (duh). Now it has cost me a total of $177.13 for something I did not order much less di not get.

I am among all the rest of you, I wanted to try the product, you see the ads all over the place, the ad I clicked on was from my state, I have been billed for two bottles now and have not received them, also I am being charged for foreign transaction fees, I have phoned the credit card company twice and nothing from them since February 5, 2009.
Stupid me, now I have to spend time to write letters, send photo copies of this and that.. you would think that the credit card companies would wise up themselves with so many people being scammed.

This company is a fraud & they take your money without your permission. It was never told that they would be taking from you. I have been taken advantage of as I am sure there are hundreds who have. I demanded my money back and they give ya the run around. Iam still trying to get it back. It is theft when they take money from you without permission and Iam going to go foward with this. I am not going to let anyone get away with taking money from me. This has got to stop. $89.95 is alot of money. Theft is a seirous offense. Fraud is a serious offense. I want my money back.

i have been through pretty much what everyone else has been witnessing. i cancelled my account on jan. 25 and was given a conformation number. Was told i will receive an email regarding the cancellation, never came. Then after 20 phone calls was told my refund would be processed on feb 4th. never received an email from the refund dept either, since they are unable to be reached. I called again for the 100th time and was told my refund was credited to my account and to check with me bank, my bank had no record. I called again and was told it would take 10 to 14 business days from the 4th to process the refund depending on my bank. i have waited longer than that and still have received nothing. Every time I call and ask to speak with a supervisor I am told they are on other calls and will be right with me, an hour later and still no one. I call back and want the supervisors name and they say they have too many supervisors to give out any names, I wanted to know of you have so many then why am I on hold for over an hour and still get no where. I asked for the owner of the company and was told they couldn't give me that information. This place is a fraudulant scam that is taking hard working peoples money. In this economy that is a shame.

I ordered to Acai berry from FWM Labs have had it for 8 days and got no results. So wanted to cancel under the terms of the free trial period. I call the toll free 24 hour support line and it just rings until the line auto disconnects have been trying for 3 days now no answer. These guys are a scam if you ask me. They sell a cheapened version of the real stuff and charge you more then the real stuff. They also don't live up to what they tell you when you first sign up.

I also ordered the free bottle and cancelled the same day by phone. Didn't think anything about not getting an email confirmation because I had done it the same day. I got the product, opened it but it didn't work so didn't take many of the Acai Berry. When it came there was no information with it so I thought it was cancelled. I get another bottle in the mail and realize they've charged me for both bottles. I called and they have no record of the cancellation but did tell me I could return the second bottle. I hope I get a refund on that.

First I did not receive the free trial Acai Berry with the Life Cleanse, which did not give me the opportunity to try the products as suggested. Then I found I was charged for additional products before the 14 day trial period was over. When I called to cancel the product and recieve a refund I was told it was past the 14 day trial period which is not possible when I ordered the free trial on the 20th of January, received only 1/2 of the "free" trial offer on the 28th of the month, then saw charges placed on 2/2/09 for $87.13 twice (total $174.26). I called on 2/3/09 to cancel and request a refund but was hung up on after being told I was being transferred to the refund department; received confirmation of order cancellation only after the 3rd call I made. I want my money back that was unauthorized for purchases by this company including the shipping and handling for a product I did not receive.

When i ordered this on line. I decided I didnt want it so the next day I tried calling the number listed and every time I called it said the mail box was full. So i wrote a letter telling them to cancel it and that I was sending a copy to my lawyer. I received a package in the mail yesterday from them and as of right now I have talked to someone who cant speak good english and when I told them about the letter of course they did not receive it. I told them to cancel my order and charge back my card. The lady said she would send it to the refund department but that there was no guantee that it would be cancelled or my money refunded. I asked her to transfer me to the refund department or get me a supervisor on the line. I am currently on hold and have been for 20 minutes. I am going to contact the BBB and contact someone in Hollywood, FL about this company. They need to be stopped.

I ordered a "free 14-day trial" of Acai Berry Detox with the understanding that I would be charged only the shipping charges of $3.95. After having the product in my possesion for only 10 days, my credit card was charged $87.13. I tried to call to get the charges reversed because I don't like the results. My initial calls were attempted on Jan. 23 -- I got a recording that the number had been disconnected. I tried again today (Jan. 28) in hopes that there had merely been a problem with their phone system, and I did get through. However, the calls kept getting disconnected before I could complete the conversation with their representative. Before we got disconnected the second time, the representative was trying to tell me I'd not called within the 14 days after ordering the product online -- it isn't a 14-day trial if I don't have it in my possession at least 14 days! This is misleading the public and should be considered illegal!

I received my sample that I ordered online. Then I learned more about the potential risks of this product and decided not to use it. I called the company and told them I would keep this sample, but DO NO SEND ANY MORE! I just received another bottle of the crap today 1/26th/09 and it was charged to my credit card of which they obviously have kept a record. I will try to return this product to sender through USPS. I will also notify my credit card company to refuse any further charges placed by this company. I am also notifying our State Attorney's office.
