Fuzzoodles / How exactly is this a rush?
On November 29, 2010 I ordered a set of Fuzzoodles from this company as a Christmas present for my child. The item costs $19.99 but "regular' shipping was for arrivial within 2 to 3 weeks so I paid $12.90 (nearly 65% of the cost of the item itself) for "rush shipping". 10 business days pass, no fuzzoodles. I call the customer service line. First, I am placed on hold for 10 minutes. Second, I am told that the order system is updating so that I will need to expect a call back from a supervisor in 24-48 hours. The rep didn't even offer an apology when I explained to her the ridiculousness of the situation.
Update: In fairness, a second call back to customer service got a refund of the rush portion of the shipping. However, I'm still not in love with the customer service approach.
