Future Focus Inc — process
Do not give your credit card info. They take your info and then tell you they can't place the order. Next day you credit card is charged. You don't receive the order but you have to go through the cancellation process.
I was on the phone completing an order for nearly 45 minutes. After I gave him my credit card info he told me the florist wouldn't be able to delivery until tomorrow. I told him NO it had to be today because it was my mother's 80th bday. I said please cancel the order. Then thy order showed up on credit card the next day.
I called customer complaint and the man was very patient and helpful. He said it would take 10 days to be retracted. It is a bad process.
