I ordered a futon frame, mattress, and cover and the cost of $1039.97 was put on my credit card on August 30, 2007. I asked to have the futon delivered the 2nd week of October, which was confirmed via email. The delivery was never made, the phone message always says "You have reached us after business hours", and the website is gone.

    I ordered a futon mattress from them that was never delivered! How infuriating!

    I canceled my order of FTS15228 3 months ago. But until now they donot refund me!!!
