Ordered set of 2 table lamps. When they finally arrived (it took more than 3 weeks), the shades were damaged. I reported the damage via email along with photos. I received an email almost a month ago that the replacement order was "processing." Emailed Furniturexo requesting status of replacement parts, and was told they are at the mercy of the manufacturer (Ashley Furniture in this case). I won't shop there any more.
