Furniture4uislington recliner sofa 3+2

I bought a sofa last year few months after the leather reaped from the arm of the 2 seats.
However I met an agent from where it was introduced to me and he told me to call the office the sales representative on the phone was so rude to me and not helpful at all. I wanted to find out if there was anyway I could get it repaired but straight away she told me they can not do any thing it is over a year would not even give me the chance to talk.

This service is very bad and so unhelpful. They are quick to get your money but when something goes wrong not willing to fix it
