Furniture4u sofa

I ordered a sofa from Furniture4u and was told to give 2 weeks notice for delivery. I did just that. The sofa never turned up. I was then told that there was a delay but they couldn't give me a new date or a rough time when the sofa would be delivered. 4 weeks now and no sofa. Communication is extremely poor. My Mrs is 30 weeks pregnant so we needed the sofa to be delivered on time when we moved into our new home. The company are now refusing to refund me my deposit. Anyone thinking about buying from this company, don't! They are scammers and [censor]. Stay well clear. Do not waste your time and efforts and most of all your money.

Furniture4u islington recliner sofa 3+2

I bought a sofa last year few months after the leather reaped from the arm of the 2 seats.
However I met an agent from where it was introduced to me and he told me to call the office the sales representative on the phone was so rude to me and not helpful at all. I wanted to find out if there was anyway I could get it repaired but straight away she told me they can not do any thing it is over a year would not even give me the chance to talk.

This service is very bad and so unhelpful. They are quick to get your money but when something goes wrong not willing to fix it

Furniture4u islington recliner sofa 2 seater

I already reported a manufacturing fault for my Islington sofa 2 seater on the 22/11/2015 but Furniture4U Team just offered repair. When the repair person turn up told that there is no guarantee the sofa will look like as before need to be cutting So I said No to repair. Hasn't fixed the problem, then I had an email from them saying that ----- below email from furniture4u team Dear dun As we have booked in a repair for you and you didn't let them repair the sofa when they came to your property we wouldn't be able to just re send as we get charged every time for this service. If you was unsure of anything at the time of repair you would of needed to call us as we could of reassured you. It's not a problem I can rebook this. But you will need to pay for the last visit which cost £40 as this is what we were charged. Furniture4u

Furniture4u - bad customer service

This company had delivered an ordered brand new sofa with damages. It took weeks and many telephone calls before they had the willingness to send a new one. The delivery was not made on the agreed day and this caused a lot of problems. The second sofa also was damaged.
