Ordered a triple bunk bed on the 1st of August for the item to be delivered on 4th. We where home all day, tracking the item at intervals. At last check, the driver had listed the item as a failed delivery! 'customer service' rescheduled delivery for the 6th. When it arrived the box was damaged no instruction manual and rungs/parts where missing. Called company but told NO MANAGER available to take query & told bluntly to go online and fill returns form so 'case handler' could get in touch. NOTHING can compensate for inconvenience caused. I'll keep you posted
