Furniture From Home living room set damage this company has no insurance on their delivery and damages are on the client.

When a furniture company is in business they are to deliver furniture via shipping company and there should be an insurance policy to replace damaged goods. In my case my whole living room was damaged every single peace one peace was split down the middle. Turns out the company wants me to have them patch what I paid good money for to be new furniture. In other words I am expected to be happy with refurbished stuff. Think about this? I could have purchase in the thrift store instead. Just saying. This company is family owned and according to what they can manage is as far as their business go. Not very considerate at all, and thinks they can get away with treating clients like idiots. Repair company's more than one confirmed my furniture cannot be repair and these people insist in sending furniture medics to my home invading my privacy and taking up my time for the same response. Very disappointing experience. I have had better dealings with wayfair. For a so call high end furniture store they lack much. Consider yourself s warned, furniture arrived 7 months late with no communication in between every step of the way I was chasing them for info and details. They are very comfortable lying, which tells me they are accustom to just that!. Solution is to be honest and use the insurance policy purchased for this shipment white glove delivery company and furniture services and restorations cannot fix my set. Neither do i want them to. As I paid for new furniture not refurbished. Use the policy reorder my furniture while I wait for new ones i keep these the day or delivery you pick up these. Even swap, as this is the only way I will be happy. I refuse to allow you Robert and Melody to have some bullship repair team come get my furniture and bring it back to me patch up and contaminated with smoke and pet hair, due to you and your unethical ways of doing business. If its true you have been in this business all the years you claim. Why don't you have insurance and why do you expect me to take your undermining offer to patch my what is suppose to be new furniture up. Replace the furniture or refund me 100% I have another source to buy the same furniture and I am happy to do so with 100% of my money back. I have my receipts of deposit and you have wasted a lot of my time. You should repay me for the frustration, inconvenience and days off work providing access to your so call repair guys looking to just reassure me this is not a repair job. One after another your sent none took the job. I want new furniture or all my money back and you pick up these. I would like this agreement in writing and clear. Its been since April 29th now we are two months gone and you are relaxed thinking I am suppose to keep broken furniture. Cash in your insurance policy and replace the furniture why in the world haven't you? what do you think is going to happen i'm going to go away? Furniture From Home terrible terrible!!!

Do not deal with them if you don't want to be disappointed and to feel cheated.
The way they treat customers leaves much to be desired, unfortunately.
They have been trying to deliver my furniture since Monday. And there's always something that bothers them. It's already not funny, it's a huge problem. They schedule the date and the time, but then call me hours later and say they can't deliver and promise to call later to reschedule. Same thing every day. re not you embarrassed to behave this way? It's so unprofessional. I don't care what reasons you have to constantly delay the delivery, but you should do something with this. Tired of these stupid games.

Furniture From Home the delivery was slow and not on time

Don’t buy from the company Furniture From Home, because the company has very high prices and they didn’t deliver on time. I have ordered living room set from them and only after that I found out that prices were too high. And I didn’t get the order on time as the rep told me. It was the worst deal, which I have ever had before. Need help as fast as possible.

Furniture From Home the seller promised to postpone the delivery, but it was only fake promise

I bought wardrobe and two chairs from the company www.furniturefromhome.com. I got email that the delivery would be between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Tuesday. I worked on this day, so I contacted the customer services and asked to rep told me “ok”, but when I arrived home, there was a booklet that the delivery guy missed me and he would try to deliver it next time. I didn’t know when. I disappointed and no idea when I would get the furniture.
