Fake Leather

Do not ever buy from them. What you see at their shops WILL NOT be what you got? I bought a very pricey L-shaped sofa from them. They claimed Full Leather. After 1 and half year, it was peeling likes snow flakes and it got worst everyday. It turned out that they stick a thin claimed-to-be-leather lining outside the sofa, churning out fake leather replica from cheap labor, material and of course KNOCK OFF QUALITY country called China. As told by 1 of the ex-staff who left on bad term with his management!
Just pass the word around.

Poor Quality Leather Sofas
Like some of the other people on this website, we purchased a leather sofa from Furniture Club - unfortunately. DO NOT BUY A SOFA from this company - they are a complete disgrace. The leather peeled within the first year and the entire sofa is now unusable. It took me 4-5 months for them to finally agree to do something to help me - the customer service is DIRE. They then proceeded to offer me the opportunity to spend $2000 on a discounted sofa at their warehouse. While this did not seem feasible (what a cheek) I went to see what they were offering: a horrible, cheap and nasty and very unstylish small sofa that did not in any way resemble the sofa we had. I ased them just to recover our current sofa - we didn't want a new one, and did not want to pay $2000 for the pleasure (as if we would buy a leather sofa from them again!). They refused, we ended up throwing the sofa out - it cost us over $3000 - but the paint was peeling and it was all over the floor and we have a baby - so just not an option. This company is just dreadful - do not buy anything from them!

I also bought what I thought a "Thick leather sofa" as indicated in the invoice but it turned out that after 2 years the sofa started to peel off and now is a total mess...not only they are not honest as they are selling leather for what in fact is just bicast a cheap synthetic leather that looks good in the showroom but deteriorate after few years - I have seen many complains about the quality of this company and it is about time to take some serious actions to stop them abusing others consumers -
why not complain it to the CASE? you might get your compensation back.
Defect Product
Bought entire house full of furniture from these guys - including large L shaped leather sofa. Within a month the leather on the L part of sofa started changing in texture.
