Furniture7 credit card charge then get cancelled.

This company has taken money from my account, the last payment today which would have been the 6th payment to get my items delivered, they cancelled my account. I called and they have reps with broken English on the phone, hardly can understand them, they will not contact you back, they wait 3 -4 days to call you back, and I cant not get my money back from this company as seeing that they took they last payment from me today and cancelled my order. The customer service rep by the name of Kim L. out of Canada stated to me it was a line of credit, but will not explain to me why I got cancelled soon as they took a payment from me today . These people are horrible and I wanted to believe they were a good company they are not. They are predators who tell you one thing but knowing they are not sending you any merchandise just taking your money. And all the offices are located in different states I am getting the BBB involved with this company. I am a single parent but to take my hard earned money is terrible.

Furniture7 new berry chase lounge

Ordered a chase lounge 2 months ago. I was told my to keep calling back it would only
Delay the time for someone to get back to me. They have faithfully denoted my money. And no response to the emails I have sent. U always speak to a man named PAUL.
However I will be in contact with the attorney general, and speaking with an attorney today 10/12/2017.
I so distressed and exhausted sitting waiting for a delivery date.
I will continue to post each and every account of contact and when or if the new berry chase lounge is delivered.
This seems to be a scam, but I will continue to post. I will also be contacting the authorities in

Linda, I'M having the same problem. I ordered a sofa in August and furniture 7 has been taking payments from my bank account every two weeks. I was told the sofa shipped on October 1st.but that was a lie.Called furniture 7 several times and got so many excuses! Oh, and they always promise to call you back by the end of the day but surprise! They never do! Maybe we should bring a class action lawsuit against them.

Then I asked to be refunded for the amounts of $84.01 and $14.00 but again I was informed by customer service that they give no refunds..I then sent an email to Yamima Y the credit specialist agent for the company to please cancel my account but have not yet received a reply. ..

Furniture7 I did not authorize a withdrawal from my checking account in the amount of $84.01 and $14.00 which I did not authorize

I was signed up for $2500.00 credit for this company..by Yemima Yongo the credit specialist agent from Furniture 7. I should have known then that something doesn't look right. I tried to contact her to no avail! Please help me out. Thank you Elke Therefore I would like to be reimbursed for those amounts..Also I called the customer support number and was told that they don't give refunds. The customer service is. Furniture7 beware of this scam company

I recently made an account with this company and they ended up charging my card 3 times for the same order. when trying to contact them to resolve this matter my call was round-robin-ed until i just went busy. There is no one to help in customer service, no one ever answers the phone and then finally after contacting my bank to notify of the fraudulent charges and had my card replaced they called me 9 times back to back today for the updated payment info. When I refused they yelled at me... great custo service...By the way should I mention... even though they took the payment (3 times) they NEVER delivered any type of furniture!

Furniture7 storage

Made all 6 initial payments and kept getting the run around, I was able to get customer service and was told furniture was being ship on 6/27/2017 as of today nothing I was told that because it comes from the shipper there was no shipping date from them. The woman I spoke to was very surprise when I told her to cancel order but my money was not going to be returned. This company is a total SCAM I told the woman that comes back with we have a very good rep told her not from me will post so.
BE VERY CAREFULL

This company is a joke only thing is consistent is taking your money no one ever no anything about the order your account is never updated and top it off the customer service is very rude I called they give a wrong tracking number and a fake transport name the people never heard of me you can build your credits some other place no the service you want

Furniture7 order never shipped - customer service non existent

I ordered a couch a week ago using their financing option.
The couch never shipped nor did the order details on their website ever update with a shipping number or any shipping confirmation. I also never received details of my order and shipment via email or phone.

When calling the customer service number, it ALWAYS says you are in line at #7 to speak to a representative. I am not sure why it's always #7.

You wait on the phone for 45 minutes every time and once you get to the front of the line, it asks you to leave a message. Every single time, it asks you to leave a message. There is no representative and no one ever calls you back. I have called several times and have left several messages over the course of days.

I've tried receiving help via email and still no response.

They have over 100 google reviews that may be fake/purchased.

Based on this, I do not believe this is a real company. Do not waste your time. Shop elsewhere.

Also, you have to give them your personal banking etc information. Which is also another reason to be weary of this company.

I ordered stuff on June 7th. 1 month they called me to tell me some of it was discontinued and had to pick something else. I did, and it was ordered. Still has not shipped. They gave me a Fed Ex tracking # on July 27th. When I went to Fed Ex site, it said the tracking label was created on July 17th. Fed Ex has NOT received the furniture, yet, to ship. The Customer Service is HORRIBLE. If you even get through, they never have answers and have to put you on hold, then you get disconnected and have to start all over. No one who answers the Customer Service line, knows what is going on. I am going to notify the Better Business Bureau and the Police Department. This HAS to be a Scam.

TERRIBLE! I called 2 weeks ago to cancel my order because I lost my job. Today, they pulled out 73.00$ and now they say NO REFUNDS! So, I paid for something that I apparently won't even receive until MID SEPTEMBER. Don't order from this company!

This doesn't sit well with me at all. how are you wanting to withdraw money from my account for furniture i've not received yet. also customer service was available immediately when placing the order. now you don't hear from anyone in the department anymore. you can only leave a voice mail... scammers! don't trust them! the reviews are definitely fake too!
