WARNING: DO NOT buy from Furniture 123. We ordered 4 items of bedroom furniture & the bed came with the head end missing, as we didn't report it within 5 days they say there is nothing they can do. To make it worse they now tell us the furniture is discontinued & can't get replacement parts even if we pay for them, although they were still advertised on their website. They will not refund our money or even try to help us out. In desperation we ordered another A2 condition bed off the website & when it arrived the slats & the bed end were missing again plus the bed was badly damaged. We called the service centre & they offered £25 off for an incomplete bed!! We sent the bed back & were promised a refund within 48 hours – it took much longer. We strongly advise against purchasing anything from such an uncaring company who charge you to speak to completely useless & powerless advisers on the phone. People in authority listen in on complaint conversations but are not willing to speak to the caller. Therefore you get nowhere.
