Very poor 🤒
We don't know much about how FunPlus handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with FunPlus and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

Player in kingdom 453, player name ★KAM★ At about 7:15 am pacific standard time I was kicked out of the game at an extremely bad time. It took more than a half hour for the game to load again & then I was only able to get on long enough to see that I have millions of RSS missing! I'm not able to see any of the chats, kingdom, alliance and private are all blank boxes! I was then thrown off again & the error said down for maintenance. If funplus had bothered to let us know we wouldn't have been in the middle of a war! I spend hundreds of dollars on this game every month, and I expect it to work! I also expect a warning when maintenance is going to be performed so I can bubble up & not lose anything! I want a credit for the millions of RSS that I am missing! I didn't gather most of these, but spent real money for them! I am so tired of the crappy support. I have written in several times & always get the same canned answers that usually have nothing whatsoever to do with the question! I'm not going to just let it go this time. I have spent too much time & money to have it all taken because I wasn't able to load the game! I want my money refunded or a credit that will equal what I've already paid for & now lost! Hire someone that knows even a little about customer service & can say more than "I don't understand the question", ban the bots that have taken over, and give me my money back! Copy & paste of a canned answer that has nothing to do with the question is NOT adequate!

FunPlus king of avalon

Hi,

You are, together with the employee that is working in this issue, breaking the contract you have with me, saying that you I have no right to claim the 1 day scheme in the vault, the hero summon master, and the lucky shot, eventhough I made one purchase of 22$, it is a service that you say it is going to be offered in exchange for "buy any gold" any gold, and your employee is saying that I have no right because it has to be other purchase!
So I am not asking, but demanding that you keep your words and your contract, and give me the unlocked funtionalities that I have the right to have!

FunPlus king of avalon unethical behavior in banning accounts

My four accounts in King of Avalon (Demo, Respect, Honor, Justice, Integrity, in Kingdom 18) were suddenly banned on 12/20/2017 for allegedly using banned software. They did not notify me ([protected]@gmail.com), ask for any information nor investigate the "allegation" supposedly made against me. My request for an explanation and investigation have gotten no response. Even a cursory examination of my accounts would show that I ONLY INSTALL AND UPDATE my game through Google Play store. My game has no enhancements or exceptional resources. I have played this game 12-16 hours a day for 18 long months; it is virtually the only game I play while watching tv since I retired. I do not have fabulous armor, resources, gemstones or anything "banned software" would be expected to provide. EVERYTHING I have in my accounts is the result of lots of hard work and effort on my part. I am not "tech savvy" at all. I don't even know how to use the functions on my emergency only cell phone. I am one of the most ethical players you could find on this game. My moral standard does not allow me to lie, cheat, or steal (as my elderly age should tell you, I was raised to be law abiding). This complaint against me was TOTALLY BOGUS, without foundation or substance. I believe the complainant is an envious player in K18 and may possibly be a moderator who was in my old alliance (using his moderator advantage to get rid of an anemy). FunPlus is complicit with the complainant in not performing its duty as a legitimate company to investigate and punish the perpetrator of this unsubstantiated complaint.

FunPlus Fb royal story - unauthorized credit card use

Or else I made mistake as I closed my pc down. Found I have 600 some rubies in my game this morning. This is not something I want. I called my bank and they said it was made at 11:30 last night 12 28 15. They are starting a dispute. Please remove the extra rubies from my game.

I have 54 accounts that are saying abnormal logins and have been physically removed in guns of glory yet in game support says they can't unban I have done nothing wrong yet no explanation was given as to why I had accounts banned and removed you need to do something about this FunPlus!

i could not bind my account, blue stacks had an update and now i cant get into my account how can i save the data. i may have to reinstall blue stacks to fix the problem please advise. my castle is in kindom 444 the lord name is yoda its a lvl 24 castle. the4 update to blue stacks was today. 11/9/2019

Someone has used my credit card to purchase items from ur game.i am the 3rd person he has done this too. I would like him suspended from the gamethevtotalcost to me was 438.00 in overdraft fees. He has done a lot of damage financially. I would appreciate this being resolved quickly so attorney does not have to get envolved

The Customer Service number and Email is incorrect. +[protected] They want you to just email then and then you get a generic email from them with a generic answer. Nothing gets resolved. I've been playing Guns of Glory for a year and spent thousands and I don't get any help with and issue I had twice. The game froze during New World
