When you are ordering flowers for a funeral that you are not going to attend beware! You might be surprised at what was delivered. Fortunately my daughter sent a picture of the sad "premium" arrangement I ordered which was far from "premium" (meaning bigger than what they showed on their web site) with dying greenery and flowers. Unfortunately the company calls me back today and leaves a message telling me I have 48 hours from the day of delivery to request a refund but no mention of the dying arrangement. Also, the size of the arrangement is only 11 inches tall and that includes the vase? Are you kidding me? Not that your thinking of something like this to begin with when you are making this type of transaction. I hope their company can survive with that type of shady business. It's really ridiculous that we look to a service to supply what we are paying them for. What's even worse is that this company specificly deals with flowers for our loved ones that have passed. I hope it's easy for them all to lay their heads down while they swindle people out of their money.

The took my order and my money and then called me 1 hour before the funeral to say that no florist in town had enough flowers to make the funeral spray. They claim to be local, but are not. They promised 50% off the first order, but it is really only $35 and you have to pay for a "membership" that you are told you can cancel for no charge in the first 2 weeks. You can't cancel until you reach the 21 day mark. Then they charge you a delivery fee and an rush delievery fee. I called a local florists directly (the only one in town) and they had plenty of flowers and were able to deliver. To top it all off the jerk who called to cancel had quite an attitude. This is a scam company. Ishould have know when Amex had them on a fraud alert!
