Fun Source / They still charged me after I cancelled before 30 days
I called on June 15 to cancel both the Fun Source and Value Plus - Subscriber no. on both is the same - [protected]. I cancelled this in the middle of June on or about June 15th and today when I went online to check my bank account, $29.99 was withdrawn from my account for Fun Source. I want my account credited back immediately for the $29.99 and both of these should have been cancelled - I don't want any of these service. Please have someone call me from customer service as soon as they are back in the office. Thank you.
