The cashier said we would have a refund if our 5 years old son would be afraid to come in. Sound good, we bought the tickets and we did not have a refund because our son did not want to come in. The owner said his company has non-refund policy. We asked to see the policy and he refused. We did not see that policy anywhere, not on the tickets, not posted anywhere in his company. John Finlay, the owner, could not win the argument, he kicked us out. He threaten to use force in 10 seconds if we would not leave his property. The small ticket price $17.14 was not a big deal but to see someone just for small amount of money being uncivilized to treat customers like that. This is the worse we ever seen. Don't go there, check the company out on http://welcome.bbb.org then you will see how bad this Fun Plex is. Got your complain, well complain to Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commissioner. We need to use the Power of Internet and Words-of-Mouth to make our voice heard.
