As I was spending my Saturday evening in the Millcreek mall, I was in the food court with my child. We were deciding where to eat. My son suggested Fuddruckers. I was hesitant to order two meals from this food chain, but I did anyways. I was very unsatisfied with my service. The female employee who took care of my son and I was very ill-mannered and had an attitude. I do understand she might've had a bad day, but an attitude as bad as hers should not be brought to the work place. She had no customer service skills and seemed careless, which made me uncomfortable. Not to mention, her hygiene was not great. It was very unsettling. We waited about 15 minutes for our food, which seemed like a normal amount of time. When she gave it to us, she basically threw it onto the counter. She did not thank us for coming or tell us to have a good night. Personally, I feel like she either needs more training or should not be working there. No one should feel uncomfortable or hesitant spending a decent amount of money on food. I refuse to have her serve me again, if I decide to go back. My experience yesterday evening (03/24/2018) was unacceptable. I do not remember her name, but she has long red hair, which was too long to not be in a bun or a hairnet. I also heard another family complaining about the experience they had at fuddruckers as well. I was having a conversation with them, and it seemed to be the same situation I was in with this female. I do not think I will be returning to this establishment l, due to the fact that I felt unwelcomed there.

I am Dr. Pierre. I have been a long term customer for your restaurant. Today i have experienced the worst service and food quality ever . First the order came wrong not as what i requested. Then the order came after 30 minutes from ordering it was so cold. I then requested to change it with another they told me ok. After another 30 minutes i have received the order hot but it was heated not a new one the burger was crispy! And the bread was toasted as it can be broken as fragments. Finally the plate was dirty and unclean.
This incidence happened in Egypt, 6th of october city, Mall of Arabia branch
Really it was a nightmare.

I have a coupon that says $7 flat for hamburger, fries & drink.
I went to use it. I wanted to add cheese for $1. There was tax for me to pay of $.66. So I should just pay $1.66.
Instead they charged my mc $8.66. We went over the confusion 4-5 times. They would not change the charge of $8.66. So I cancelled.
I'd like to use the $7 coupon and only pay for cheese and tax. Could you please provide me with some sort of documentation for the store that would instruct them to only charge me $1.66. Or could you send me the $7 so I could go back and pay the $8.66?

Was in the store had my receipt from my last visit where I had bought brownies. They where hard. So I ask the guy at the counter if he could help me. Oh i'll have to ask the manager. He came back no refund, no replacement, but if you want more brownies I could knock off 15%. Why should I have to buy more with my $. It was their product. So I bought 2 kinds of cookies one was great the other nasty. But she would not even come face me she had to send a employee. So this store has last all my respect and business. As it show she does not care for her customer. I have sent email to the complaint dept no return messages. This is not the 1st time but it will be the last as long as they have that kind of management.
It might not be much is cash it that they did not stand behind, same way with the other products. If it's sold inside there it has their name. Oh would not give me my receipt back, or you would have gotten a copy of it

Today, My Husband and I came to fuddruckers in kissimme fl. The clerk last name CRUZ was talking with his fellow co-workers in a circle at a corner on the front, My Husband and I waited a good 15 min before he decided to take our order once he did, he was super rude while taking the order, My husband is hispanic and does not speak perfect English so we were kinda glad CRUZ does so when my husband spoke english and myself he completely answered back in english and my husband did not understand much, but yet he spoke to his fellow coworkers in spanish i found that rude. And i love this place. He need to learn to be nice to customers. Otherwise we will not come back

I called the Beaumont Texas store and asked to speak with an hiring manager as everyone knows that nowadays phones record everything you say on a phone but fast forward a lady named Brittany answered and I politely asked can I speak to a hiring manager and she said well call back after 3 he's busy and I said well they always say that and I call back he's still busy so she cought an attitude you can tell in her voice and she said well you either call back or come up here and she hung up the phone. So I called back and asked to speak with Brittany and the other lady was like what wrong so I explained myself by this time I'm upset and she was like Im going to get you a manger so another manager came on the phone and we talked. After I got off the phone I went to the fudruckers location and asked to speak with Brittany again and she was telling the co workers I was harassing her about speaking with a hiring manager and I said if you know you gone get calls like that you shouldn't answer the phone I said you ain't answer the second time I called and she was saying leave I said I wouldn't leave until a manager asked me to leave and eventually Mike the hiring manager asked me to leave and I left. Oh and I also said [censor] act bougie because they already have a job. And she was like grow up and all kind of other stuff no she's really not grown up because that's your job to answer phones and be polite regardless if I am harassing you about the hiring manager (which I wasn't) all I ask if that you be polite and answer my questions as best as you can.

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We arrived and nobody would even acknowledge us. The supervisor Suzanne looked at us and wouldn't even say hi or anything. We stood there for fifteen minutes and they didn't say a word. The supervisor spoke to different employees about money and schedules as we stood by being ignored. We even watched a family complaining to them about the slow service. I video taped part of the wait and will be sending it in to their corporate office. Stay away from this place!

I have always been a big fan of Fuddruckers (for over 30years) but I have changed my mind. The last couple times I visited the amount off fries I received equaled a small Burger King fry. Also the cheddar liquid cheese was very runny and tasted fake. Did you change it. I have been so disappointed that I may not return. Even the unsweetened tea was not good.

Hi, I went to the Fuddruckers Branch in Sahara Mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on 16th March 2017 at around 11:00 pm). After having a good meal, we ordered two desserts. Blueberry Cheesecake and Fudds Volcano. Now this is not the first time that I ordered such desserts at Fuddruckers. What turned out was non-fresh desserts, the Volcano Cake was hard as anything and the cheesecake was as if it has been frozen and re-frozen several times. When I complained about the desserts, the branch manager simply turned around and said that there was nothing wrong with the desserts and he is not willing to offer us a refund on the desserts.

I was really not happy with the service offered to me, especially when during the main meal we even had a piece of hair come out of one of our burgers (which they successfully changed to a new burger). Also when my bill comes up to SR 428, I expect some good service.

For a big food chain like Fuddruckers, this is not what I expected.

On March 16, 2017, I was having my birthday dinner with my friends at Fuddruckers in Union City, California. After my dinner, I decided to get ice cream in the store. Upon eating it, I was pleased with the product, but at the end of the dessert, as I was consuming my ice cream cone, I discovered a ROCK in the bottom of my cone. I'm not entirely sure how this object ended up not only in the bottom of my ice cream cone, but how it would have ended up in your store in the first place. I trustingly bit into the ice cream cone because I did not expect to find such an object in the cone and I may have even damaged a tooth. I believe that such careless procedures for food handling is absolutely unacceptable and potentially may even harm more customers if this lack of care is continued in the future. I hope you reform your policies so this does not happen again. Attached are images of the rock, which was fairly sizeable. Thank you for taking your time to review my complaint.

I am writing regarding our visit to one of your Fuddruckers in Orlando, Fl. We went there while on our vacation and were very disappointed about the service. First when we got there, the cashier was laying on the cash register which seemed unprofessional. Then we asked them about an email that I received that it was Dog Day on Wendesday and hot dogs were $.99. She knew nothing about that and neither did the manager. The manager wanted to see the email. My daughter pulled it up on her phone and her ripped the phone from her hand when he was trying to read it. He then stated that it was not his Fuddruckers but the one in Maryland. Why he couldn't give us the deal, I don't understand it. Then he and the workers were talking in Spanish while we were still doing our ordering at the register, again unprofessional. We no longer have a Fuddruckers where we live and we always try to visit it when we are away. We were very disappointed in the service and could not believe the way we were treated. Please let me hear from you regarding this issue.
They responded by saying they were sorry and they were sending a gift cards. To this date no gift card has been received. Fuddruckers does not care about their customers!

My complaint is about Fuddruckers in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. The first impression upon entering is a LONG SLOW line. Finally after about 20 minutes a host came to "take our meat order" claiming it would speed things along. When we finally were called next from 1 of the 3 registers we were "greeted" by a woman who appeared to be displeased at being there. At that point we were rudely told to place our order. The host earlier appears to be a ploy The order took forever.. The milkshake & "blackout" were awful! The only plausible conclusion is that they MUST be using the poorest quality dairy product. The burger was cold, the condiments were just sitting there with nothing to serve them in. The overpriced ckn soup was HORRIBLE. We left the restarant feeling robbed. If the food would have been delicious then everything else would have been tolerable. I'm complaining for the 1st time in my life because my children & I were really looking forward to there opening, so much hype 4 such a complete let down.

Fuddrucker's employee stole my cell phone. I went to the restroom, my phone fell out of my jacket pocket and another customer texted my cousin that she found it and was turning it into to employees there. I went back to get my phone and magically they "didnt find it". General manager was there and didnt help at all. NEVER eat there they steal your stuff.
