Fubar and all of their staff are nothing more than a bunch of cyber bullies. The second you post something they don't like they delete your account. I was deleted twice, and also had a band page deleted...for what? ...well the latest account they deleted was (I can only assume, since I was given no notice) for posting "this site does not value opinions, keep them to yourselves" ...so apparently they do not like sarcasm, and will delete you for it. What a joke! After spending money on their site (granted it wasn't much) but nonetheless it was hard earned money, I got deleted for a sarcastic comment. (makes me think they were picked on in school and are taking it out on the cyber world)
Now they have started a money laundering scheme on their "battle of the bands" page. I call it money laundering because the only bands ever up for the chance to win 10 thousand dollar monthly prize are their personal friends. It shows a list of bands that have won over the last few months and...wait for it...shocker...their friends have won all of the 10k dollar battle of the bands. The funny thing is the band that has won many times actually really sucks (in my opinion) and other bands who sound better were getting beat by votes of 3k to 500 on a regular basis...but the site administrators doctor the votes to give the win to who they see fit. I posted that fact a couple of times and they deleted my comments because they didn't want the sheep to figure out they are getting bamboozled.
The other thing about fubar is, it's actually more of a site for the modern day prostitute...girls post nude pics and for the mere cost of a "bling pack" you get the privilege of seeing nude pictures of 300lb lonely housewives. Come to think of it, isn't prostitution still illegal in CA? (where fubar is based) hmmm sounds like a lawsuit to me :)
The site itself is shady, but not because of the moderators or administrator completely (yet some will refuse to approve a salute that's legit and I can find another who will), but it's the users that make it shady. You probably got kicked for trolling people to the point of harassment.
As for battle of the bands, most there aren't good. I won't vote on there for wither band if they aren't a type of style I like or if they in my eyes don't have the skill. Each person is different in what they like.
In the end its up to the other users to say what they like. Most people just chose the easiest vote because it gives them points and such. So your band might be legitimately awesome, but the users for the most part done care cause they want the points. So don't drag the moderators and owner through the mud because your fellow members just want point.
My true complaint was back in the day when it was called "lost cherry" and not fubar it was all about social interaction and such. It has been turned into a "game" as you get points for stuff, but there are people that don't care about the game. They just enjoy going into the lounges which are basically chat rooms and they cut up.
You just sound sour because u didn't get to "make it big". Grow up and quit dragging people through the mud for something lame like this!
The Fact that any 'Negative' postings towards Fubar.com seems to come from those whom have had the pleasure of meeting 'THE LEGEND OF SCRAPPER', ... those who remain have cleaned up the reason for any actions or made corrections to remain on the site. FUBOUNCERS do not delete profiles, as the site is member supported/ moderated and maintained with the ADMINS keeping the machine rolling smoothly and adjusting game play to enhance member's experiences. If anything 'bashing' towards any member, , band.. lounge, 'anything' is against TOS (Terms Of Service) and those whom have actually gone to that link (bottom of all fubar pages) wouldnt be posting here out of sheer ignorance. Farmville is more the deal for those types of people. :)
the bouncers are complete ###. i was at level 50. finally decided to post a SALUTE. grabbed the sharpie and paper... wrote the stupid sign... took the pic... myself. SABIA rejected the pic and messaged me that it was a fake pic. i made a caption for the pic stating how ridiculous it is that i take a pic of myself and she calls me fake. she seen it and started ###ing up a storm to me in the chat box... FOR JUST UNDER AN HOUR... THEN SHE DELETED MY PROFILE. i tried several times to start new profiles and, within minutes, she was deleting the profiles again... within minutes... lol. just how empty is this ###es life? this ### is in her mid 50's and has no life or personality away from her computer monitor. she is clearly an old, bitter ###
you clearly dont know sabia very well she, a bouncer cant delete profiles only admin can do that and she is one of the nicest bouncers ive met on the site. she came to me about my salute and helped me with suggestion on how to fix it. apparently you cussed her and wouldnt stop and admin seen it and took you out. look who is the sad old bitter butthurt person now...
lol BOUNCERS can delete profiles IF they have a "scrapper" on there SIDE . I do not need to PROVE anything I am saying because my TRUTH is MY truth you can stand in yours or BELIEVE mine your choice

so many cry babies, all had their accounts deleted, seems like they dont like it when they get caught out breaking the terms of service that everyone agrees to when they sign up, to get your account deleted is very easy, all you need do is ignore the warning that you are breaking the terms and continue to be an ### while crying out that you have done nothing wrong and everyone else is a bully who is out to get you
to say that their is no favoritism is complete b.s. someone please explain to me how someone who has been known to not only harass individuals, hack their accounts, post porn on cams and what not is still allowed to have his account? when you go to admins about it they threaten to take your account away cuz they are sick of dealing with it? its rubbish. when multiple people have presented proof of this and yet they still do nothing BUT certain admins will buy this person bling for causing trouble... its not right and i for one will no longer recommend people join this site but in fact stay away.

So here is an update to the user's comment above, supposedly Mona Lisa died, it is claimed she killed herself. But yet somehow her statuses keep getting changed, she keeps buying Happy Hours and Blast. It was said that Scrapper knew about her death, but he posted on her page that he had no idea what was going on with her and wished her well with what ever was going on with her and he had her back. But even in her supposeded death the drama keeps going and the fights are raging. And today it was annouced on her page that Fubar admins are allowing the page to stay up even though it is against their TOS, that Mona's sister Papalover has spoken with admins who are allowing it to stay and let her post to the page to honor Mona Lisa and to let the drama keep going. So favoritism yes, they are big on it at Fubar!
Fubar is a complete Drama filled website. And if you disagree with Mona Lisa the admins favorite and her sister, you will be kicked off the site. The horrible part is, she (Mona Lisa and her sister) are the one who find people and start drama with them, and if you don't respond they keep on and on until you leave the site, blocking them don't help because they make other pages. The admins know and they go alone because of the amount of money she spends on this site. It is all about money and Mona Lisa!
I have had three or four fubar accounts i deleted most of them myself due to the politics and drama causef by ignorant idiotic fools on there that are causing nothing but drama. The last one I created is the first one that actually got deleted by fubar staff. with no notifications whatsoever, no warning, no nothing. Just completely deleted my entire account. I did not access it very often but I did from time to time I was not known for posting anything offensive to anyone I was not known for my sarcasm on there either I was extremely cordial and polite and respectful to everyone that I came in contact with on that site I can only assume that the possible reason why they deleted my last account is because of one of my photo albums on there which contains a lot of Native American pictures which leads me to believe there is also a great deal of racism against the Native American people on that site. creating that photo album was the last action I did on fubar before my account was deleted and nothing before that had caused them to delete me so I can only assume that my Native American photo album was what caused them to delete my profile. to the appearance I look like your ordinary average white guy but I am a quarter Cherokee and one 8th Choctaw. it is a part of my heritage and my culture and a part of who and what I am. But if fubar cannot honor the First Amendment of the Constitution which grants each American citizen the right to free speech and self-expression then they are not just guilty of being rude and disrespectful they are guilty of violating the Constitution of the United States and that's treason.
Damn! Good thing I found this site and read the reviews for fubar.com. Was almost gonna join but HELL NO! Getting deleted or kicked off for comments(?) WTF! Too many other sites out there I'll throw my money at...
Scrapper likes to talk about there is no favortism on fubar. Yet there is a user who goes by the name Monalisa and if you look at her bling page, you'll notice A LOT of bling that was sent to her from babyjesus, Scrapper, and esixfiddy (all 3 admin's). Why are they giving her so much free bling?

The last post said his brothers band won and received none of the promised money, he also said other bands have reported the same problem, if FUBAR are scammers and ripping people off then they might feel like they had something stolen ie weed money etc, the people posting complaints are recommending as you say " ( If you don't like what you hear, here then you can turn around and get the f..K out)."

Why does fubar suck? ok so my brother used to have a band on there and they deleted him accusing him of cheating when in reality THEY (fubar) cheated. They (really scrapper and some other dude, no not baby j ) try to get bands to join their BOTB claiming to pay the winners $100 for each days contest, and 1k for the monthly winner. What a f'kn joke. My brother has spoken to a bunch of bands that won but were NEVER PAID A PENNY including his! so the videos where he interviews bands is a sham. And those bands are not even on there anymore! WTF? In the BOTB they play faves, so if you are a girl and hot, you may be chosen as the girl they most want to...bang, but that is it. the consensus is on Fubar, or the people running the site are SCAMMERS.

Everybody knows that everything on Fubar is rigged. The band contest is one of them. And do not trust anything they or their minions say. They are nothing but pathetic cheaters.
I wondered what happened to 54 Steps because they were one of the few bands that I liked and I was NOT the only one who liked their music, but I guess they just got too popular for Fubar? Ryan (Scrapper), say after me: "I am not a crook!"
As a member who has had issues with admin here and there, they aren't biased. You're just butthurt you didn't win.
BTW, there are a lot of indie artist with talent. the members vote for winners. And yes, fubar admin is friends with the winning bands because those bands added them as friends. It's called making nice with some guys who give you exposure.
First off the Battle of the Bands is legit.
Too bad some bands can't play by the rules.
I just got deleted 11/19/11 from Fubar for posting the fact that my husband's band "54 Steps" was the top played band until someone ( Scrapper probably) deleted 10 of their highest point count songs from their profile . 3 of the songs they deleted where songs that had won battles with and they were in 11th place on the battles page. Then I go back on later just browsing because I don't have a profile anymore and now they removed the bands name from their page. It's a good thing the guys are at practice because Russ is gonna be mad at me! The whole problem was I posted on the band rankings page and they are too cheap to make two separate comment sections so the coment also went onto the Battle page and some people noticed it and now many people know that abigger scam is going on then orginally thought.. The bouncer said that "this page is for comments about the battle bands only" Whatever. That was the excuse they needed to lock out my account. This is not the last of this I can assure you!
