I ordered an arrangement at 8:30am to be sent for same day delivery, which did not happen. I called the [protected] which is actually an answering service that promises to have someone from the "shop" call you back. I placed several calls for 4 days and several emails as well with NO RESPONSE. I didn't even get a call to let me know the delivery was not made. ZERO RESPONSE!
After doing some online research, I discovered this is a "virtual" floral delivery business that has SEVERAL complaints and the owner, Hur Gurler is being sued by 1-800-Flowers. The only way I got this resolved was to have my bank dispute the charge. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I have filed a BBB claim as well as a complaint with the Mass. Attorney Generals office. This guy is a crook...STAY AWAY!

I ordered flowers online from eflowers.com FTD Flower and Gift Delivery on April 28 and they never were delivered. I then reordered on May 1st. Still no delivery and my credit card has been charged twice for each of these online orders. I am requesting your assistance in having these charges reversed. My credit card was charged $72.98 on April 28 and also on May 1st to Flowers LLC Cambridge, MA. Many attempts to resolve this issue of non-delivery with the several "800" call center numbers and multiple emails to customer service have been made by myself. Also, several of my calls were outsourced to answering services with promises that I would be contacted within the day to resolve the issue.

And sadly my sister never received her get well bouquet.

I really wish I had read these complaints before ordering from them. Wow! I'm so disgusted. I have contacted them by phone (yes both the local and 800 numbers) and I have reached out through email too and no response from company. What a scam! My grandson (who is terminally ill) was in the hospital during his 3rd birthday. We could not be there to celebrate with him because we are several states away. I ordered him a balloon bouquet with a stuffed animal from this company online. $97 and It never arrived. I have reported them to the BBB. I called FTD also, and they said there is nothing they can do even though they use the FTD logo on their website. Ridiculous!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering Mothers Day flowers to be delivered. The bouquet arrived as promised, however the arrangement was awful! Looked nothing like the picture on the website. I tried calling 3 different times and after 4 emails I received a response saying if I wanted my money back they'd have to retrieve the flowers that were delivered! Are you kidding me?! Horrible customer service! All they would refund was the $17.99 service fee...I paid over $67 for a vase full of carnations!

Same thing just happened to me. I ordered Mother's Day flowers last Friday, May 6th 2016 to be delivered to my house the next day on the 7th. I was home all day waiting on the delivery. Flowers never arrived on Saturday, so I called and left a message with the call center Saturday around 6PM. I also sent an email to the email address in the order confirmation (support@flowers.ms) asking them to still please deliver by 10AM Sunday as I was leaving to visit my mother at 10AM and wanted to take the flowers with me. No one returned my call/message nor replied to my email. Flowers never arrived Sunday either. I sent them an email to the same email address around 11AM canceling the order and asked for a refund and a confirmation that they received that instruction. No one responded. Now it's Monday the 9th and I called again. Got the same overseas call center. They couldn't tell me which local florist was supposed to have fulfilled the order. Sent another email. Started thinking I got scammed, just did an Internet search, and found this board of complaints about them among other complaints about them elsewhere online. It's either a scam or the most horribly run company out there. Either way, I just disputed the changes with my bank. I'll contact the FBI and have them investigated for Internet fraud. I ordered flowers and a bear to be delivered to my cousin for her birthday, which was today 4/7/2016. I waited all day for her to call and say something about the delivery. I heard NOTHING. So I called her and ask her how her day was, she said fine, still nothing about the flowers, So I ask her, she said, "I never got anything from you", pissed? yes I was, and still am. I'm going to report them to every agency that I can. And I will have my bank dispute this charge. This order was done on Tue 4/5/2016. No conformation notice of any kind was received.

I have had a different problem. My flowers were received but they looked nothing like what they were supposed to. I spend all this time finding the perfect arrangement online but what was delivered was terrible. This was my mothers birthday and retirement. I felt horrible when she sent me the photo. I am so mad. At first the gentleman who emailed me back was helpful. He explained my options. So, I decided to have him contact the original florist and have them resend a new arrangement. The florist declined. So, my mother kept that arrangement and the company found a second florist to send out a new arrangement. Those were even worse. So, then the gentleman basicly told me that he didn't think there was going to be anything he could do to make me happy. Like I was just complaining to complain. These arrangements are horrible. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FTD (or Flowers, LLC) AGAIN. I recommend that no one does. TERRIBLE! Definitely not happy.

We placed an order on 2/13/14 for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. It is going on a week and we still haven't received the flowers NOR a call back from the florist. I have called 5 different times and keep getting told they can't give me a way to contact the florist and refuse to tell us who they are? I was also told that they would call me back when I dialed the [protected] number. I called them twice the same day and got the same response. This is bad and should be stopped IMMEDIATELY! BUYERS BEWARE! This is NOT a legit company. Because if they were I would have received my flowers or a REFUND like I have asked for but have NEVER received! I had to call my bank and dispute the charge which resulted in my card being cancelled. Appreciate the inconvenience that you have caused me. I will be contacting the BBB!

Am contacting the Bank that I went through as well. They charged my account and never received the flowers! We should all get together and file a major lawsuit on these people! How can we contact the florist when they refuse to tell us who they are? I was also told that they would call me back when I dialed the [protected] number. I called them twice the same day and got the same response. This is bad and should be stopped IMMEDIATELY! BUYERS BEWARE!

I can not use my shop name, but you need to contact you local florist. These companys take 20 % commission plus a wire fee and shop get payed on the 10 of the next month. They tell the shop what to use and how much the total is with delivery. Most mark up the flower higher then your local florist would and they have a better idea what in season and what looks good. Shop local it means allot to your local store...

I ordered flowers from FTD Florists online [protected]) also on Feb. 4th to be delivered Feb. 8. They did not deliver. I called this 800 number and was told they couldn't look up the order but would have someone call me. I never heard from them. I called them five times and got the same information. Still no call. I have called my credit card company and they have issued a disupute complaint. I intend to go further with this rip off scheme.

I placed an order with FTD Florists Online (Flowers, LLC) for same day delivery, thinking I was dealing with FTD. I wasn't. The order was never delivered. I contacted the customer service number provided on their website, [protected], which turned out to be an answering service that merely takes messages on their behalf. I was told someone would call me back "when they're ready", whatever that was supposed to mean. Naturally, no one ever did call me.
I called a direct number, [protected], which I saw in a post here on complaintsboard.com, and was promised that the order would be delivered by 6pm. It of course wasn't.
Called FTD, and they don't know anything about these people. FTD uses a completely different ordering system than this outfit does. Contacted my credit card company who said these people had placed a hold on my payment. I am now contacting the BBB, and sending along this list of complaints to both them and my card company to ensure I receive a refund.

Same thing happened with me. Only an answering service that does not have a number to the company(BS)

I ran into the same thing...only an answering service. They claim not to have the phone number to these crooks.
Had to contact the credit card company...in dispute as I type this.

also ordered from this website. Ordered my wife flowers for valentine’s day and big surprise they weren’t delivered, Called the very next day along with an email asking the status of my order. The customer service # is a joke, the rep kept telling me they couldn’t give me a status update and they would send a message to the manager and that some would contact me. Don't listen to the company's rep on here saying they'll get back to you within 24 hrs. I was just contacted via email 1 week later saying my order was cancelled. No explanation was given to as why they weren’t delivered. I went as far as to contact the florist association in Texas, they informed me about these fraudulent websites and how they rip you off. They also informed me that by ordering on these websites will actually decrease the amount of product you’ll get for your money. To get the most for your money contact your local florist directly next time. If you want to complain about your experience go to www.tsfa.org and click on the link to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s office. Times are already tough for everyone last thing we need is some ### company trying to rip off the hard working American’s. Let’s put a stop to this. I’m very interested in hearing the response from the companies rep on here, but guess I’ll have to wait a week for that as well.
