Froobi / Horrible Service
Got burned by Froobi as well. Bought refurbished 16 GB Sansa View that has no sound unless holding the headphone plug to one side. Tried to contact after less than a week (they have a 20 day return policy for refurb) on a Monday by email. Got no response. Wednesday of the same week, I filled out their "contact us" form on the website. No response. Called Thursday same week, only got voice mail. No response. I tried to call again Monday of the very next week. Guess what-- voice mail. Now I am out $80.00 that I could have put towards a new View. Do yourself a favor, avoid these shady clowns.
