Frontier Vacations / Paid for a 5 day vacationdays and received only 4!

We booked a vacation through Frontier Vacations to Cabo San Lucas. Upon arrival, the hotel would not let us check in because Frontier had not provided the proper paperwork. We spent 3 hours trying to check in. Although we had already paid in full, we then provided another credit card to obtain a room. We originally booked an ocean view room, we were placed into a room looking at a construction site. We attempted to reach Frontier by telephone (long distance cell phone from Mexico and by email). No response was received. In order to obtain our ocean view room, we had to place a request with the front desk and be out of the room provided by 8 am the next morning. We did not receive an acceptable room until after 5 p.m on our second day. As of June 6, despite 6 calls to Frontier and assurances by them that they would contact the hotel and resolve the issue and seek a refund, nothing has occurred. Further, each time I contact Frontier they provide me with a different reason why nothing was being done. Needless to say, I paid for a 5 day vacation and only received 4 days.
