Pricing, unfriendliness, won't take credit card make you use your debit card
Beware! Done let the internet prices fool you. I wish I would have checked yelp first!
The atmosphere is not friendly at all! The only ones who were nice were dr. Tran and the male who gives the shots, the rest of the employees were unfriendly.
I have a credit limit of over $1, 000 with care credit and she ran a code through which declined my card. They don't want to take credit cards. There was nothing wrong with my card. I had to end up paying with my debit card, money that I needed. When I arrived home to check my care credit balance it was still the same and should not have been declined.
Since the girl wanted to be a smart aleck and have my card declined, I will take my business elsewhere.
They lure you with the low price dental on the internet for $175 but they give you a price printout of over $500.
Overall, unfriendly, don't want to take credit cards and I will not be going back!
Warning, don't go there! Now that I have seen other reviews, I won't go there fore sure.
neglect resulting in death

THIS PLACES NEGLECT KILLED MY SONS DOG!DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE! My son took his dog here to be groomed. Within 15 minutes his dog was DEAD! Somehow our beloved dog escaped 4 doors and found its way to the street and was killed by an oncoming car! NO DISCOUNT IS WORTH THE LIFE OF YOUR PET! DONT DO IT! WE ARE COMPLETLY DEVISTATED...To top it off they deny responsibility! This was not a safe and secure place for our dog. We can never get him back. Dont make the mistake we did..
Sad mad and suing see our story below. I am so sorry for your loss ! One thing you must know is that they will continue to victimize you. When you post your story they will respond pretending to be a happy customer. ...and down play the incident.Or even have your post removed like they did ours on yelp and a couple other sites. If you had read our posts your dog would probably still be here. I know this is hard for you but you MUST sue them in small claims. WE did and won. They tried to settle with us but it would not been on record which is why we did it in the first place so we declined. THEY MUST BE CLOSED DOWN! In memory of your precious friend and companion you must muster what it takes to hold them accountable. This is NOT about money. There is really not a monatary compensation. Its about closing them down so no other dog lover goes through our loss

Thank you for the advice. I plan on suing them. And like you, there will be no settling. This is about the inept, irresponsible, and neglectful activities of this place. I am sending off my complaint to the CA Vet Medical Board. My other vet said they will take this seriously and contact him too. He will confirm what I have said about the reason she died. These kinds of poor quality vets need to be run out of town! Friendly Animal Hospital should be renamed DEADLY Animal Hospital! Shame on them! And thank you again distraught.
There is so much about this place that is repulsive... I only wish I had followed my instincts and not left my dogs there. If I had, my one dog would still be with us. This place is, in my opinion, nothing more than a surgery mill. 2 days ago I was told that they had over 20 surgeries scheduled... only 1 vet! The first thing is that they tell you one price, but then try to play on emotions to upsell you. They kept insisting that I buy cones for the dogs. I kept telling them NO as I already had cones. Then the pain meds are extra. And the antibiotics are extra... and the list goes on and on. When the day was over I reviewed the bill and sure as hell, they had charged me for those extras that I had clearly told them NO about. I suppose they aren't used to people reviewing their bills...But that alone wouldn't make me file a complaint with the State of CA... My dog went into this place with perfectly fine, healthy lungs...she was only 3 years old. 3 days later she was dead from pneumonia, despite a "real" vet IVing her all day long and pumping a ton of antibiotics down her. This Friendly Animal Hospital should have NEVER allowed her to leave the hospital as she hadn't even come out of the stupor of anesthesia yet. What we discovered was that they had aspirated her (gotten fluid or a foreign object) down into her lungs during the surgery and ignored it. Her death was completely UNnecessary! These people only care about getting the animals in and out in a timely fashion so they can collect their fees! Shame on them!
think it is just an unfortunate accident and does not reflect the quality of services.
