When my husband purchased my wedding set he also purchased the insurance on the set at an additional cost. Every three months I had to go into the store, which was one hour away from my home, just to have the rings inspected (I allowed them to clean the rings while I was there) and sign off on a sheet I had to keep track of. As I go back for the regular inspection I see signs of "Going out of Business" as I ask the clerk about the additional insurance that was originally purchased and she did not know what to tell me, she mentioned that I would need to talk with a manager, which no manager was available while I was there. I called several times after that for a manager to call me back in regards to the insurance issue and guess what . . .NO call was returned and the store closed!!!
