Freshwatersystems.com / Very disappointing
I made an order, but unfortunately FreshwaterSystems sent me the wrong product. So I contacted their customer service and asked for a return label. I spoke to them many times, but I have not yet received a return label to return the wrong item. I need the return label and I have all the rights to send the product back, because it was their fault in sending me the wrong item. It is now three weeks since I ordered and I'm getting quite nervous. I sent them a message yesterday, but still no response.
