They sent me the wrong product and I had spoken with their customer service many times. They promised to send me a return label, but I have not yet received it. And it should be their responsibility to send me the right item because it was their fault in sending me the wrong item. I made an order two weeks ago and heard nothing from them. I hope I’ll receive the label soon. But the customer service is pretty useless.
