I contacted the agent from the company www.freshcoatsantabarbara.com and asked to provide the exterior painting in my house. The agent told me to pay half sum in advance and told me that the specialists would arrive on Monday morning. Of course, no one arrived and after that the agent suddenly stopped to reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
November 22, 2022; After shopping at Fresh Co in Regina, Saskatchewan, 3859 Sherwood Drive, I tried to access the survey by visiting www.freshco.com/MyFreshCo and could not find the entry/survey form to complete. It's so frustrating!
Store manager was probably drunk and not accepting to return 2 items which was purchased 2 days ago.
I wanted to return Nestle minis 50 pack and asked cashier to do so, he called store manager at bramlea and sandalwood intersection(10615) and started behaving rudely and misbehaving.
I was charged twice for the same transaction!?
I went back to the store and spoke with a manager and they told me there is nothing they can do?!
I am on your homepage trying to select my store. Most of the touch options do not work. Your site is horrible and not user friendly. Why do you make it so hard for people to buy your products and give you money? Ridiculous!
I will probably show elsewhere.
