FreshCo supervisor

on July 16, 2019 at around 5pm. At the cash out, my son was holding his cookie, bought from the Dollar store next door. The cashier asked for the receipt for the cookies and said I have to show them or they have to charge me for it "even the FreshCo doesn't have that product in store". Anyway the receipt was shown to supervisor, she said I'm ok, but I have to leave the store. My question is that why? This is how you talk with customer or because of colour or race? If that is the case, no problem, there are money other stores that the respect the customer.

I'll never go to FreshCo again and will inform my friends and family about this and I might keep posting in the media about my experience at the store, , , If I wasn't satisfied with your complaint management.

FreshCo quality..

I shopped at fresco for many years. And in the last year the store I do shop at has went to [censored]. I drop between $150-200 each time I go. But after today that will no longer be the case..EVERY time I shop I end up with some expired garbage they just leave sitting on the shelf. Today was butter ball turkey breast that I bought last week. But it expired in may ffs. This is not the first time.its the 5th. I thought before that it may have bin over looked. Or that it perhaps was my fault for not checking to see if the FRESH food I was buying from fresco was good..but this time I'm convinced that the problem is with fresco. Selling garbage to customers just to get rid of it. I'm no longer wasting my money with you guys. Cause that's exactly what it is..a waste..if I need to toss out muti items from every trip.y you guys can keep your garbage food and I will go somewhere that has a little more respect for customer health and safety, and the money they choose to spend.

FreshCo purex laundry soap

I did grocery from freshco on Monday 17 june. I bought purex laundry soap ($13.99) and I put all my grocery in my car's trunk
When I returned home and opened trunk to grab everything inside home, the lid of the detergent bottle was broken and had spilled over all my grocery items. I had to wash each and every item because soap was all over them. It was 8 pm in the evening and I had to cook dinner and had no time to return to frescho and complain about it. I got time yesterday on Thursday June 20 to complain about it. The lady at cashier said she couldnt do anything about it and said that it was my mistake if I picked the broken lid item from the shelf. She just did not do anything about it when I explained everything. I asked her to change the item for me but she did not provide any good customer service to me. I also showed her the bill but had to return home without any compensation

FreshCo worst customer service I have ever received at any store ever.

In case anyone is looking to spend their hard earned money here. I am suggesting you to do otherwise. Normally I am happy leaving freshco. Today not so much. I had the WORST customer service I have ever received at this location. Apparently it is a problem if you make a suggestion to the cashier, without this person(s) having extremely aggressive and rude behaviour towards you.There was a huge hold up in the line. Customers were bagging groceries where you are also supposed to pay. The cashier should have politely asked them to move to the end of the conveyer. We were all piled on top of each other. Not only did she hold up about 6 people with full carts, She didn't even give us the time of day. She continued to ring people through when no one could even reach the debit machine. I made my suggestion and the only rude response I got was a "pardon" and some mumbling. The best part is all you see is her coworkers staring as she treated us like complete [censored]. You think anyone would step in who could have handled the situation better? Nope. She then continued to man handle the products I was buying like an absolute barbarian. She pushed the products and more or less threw them. She then smashed the divide like an animal and threw my receipt down the conveyer belt. I honestly should have made her pay for it or left the groceries there. She is clearly not a people person. I was livid. Considering I am a reasonable person, who didn't want to make a scene, I continued on and left. As a customer we are aloud to make a suggestion/complaint whatever it may be. I'm sorry but if you can't work customer service without an attitude, you should get out of customer service all together. I am absolutely appalled. I will not be returning to freshco.

It was probley very busy and this cashier was tired I assume but she or he should have waited until you were packed up before some cashier's get nervase because there is so many customers at once just overwhelmed with it all they don't mean to be rude or disrespectful to customers it was probley long day for them I know but when you have had enuf of people being rude to them the cashier's they need to walk away for a bit.so sorry for you to be treated wrong all you need is love

FreshCo sales associate

I went to buy some grocery at Freshco at Bramalea City Centre, Brampton. At the check out just behind me a dark girl appeared and claimed she's in the line and that I stood before her. I explained to her I stood there as I thought it's a blank spot, and then let her stand ahead. But instead of being grateful, she started at me saying all bad things till I had to call the cops. There was a sales associate named Ryan, standing there, all he could do is ask us to leave, instead of helping me get rid of the girl, since I called the cops in harassment. At the end when I started yelling at her because she was constantly blabbering, she started yelling back but drifting away towards the exit door. At that time, the sales associate Ryan, started yelling at me saying shut up, get out, take your grocery and don't come her again, instead of addressing her about making all that fuss out of nothing. At this location the Freshco seems a place of bullies and crooks, since I witnessed some other mishaps at the same store, and also there are quite many negative reviews about the staff, since the manager doesn't listen to customers' complaints, rather supports his staff when they're rude to the customers, no matter what the reason is. That alone is self explanatory for the standard of the staff. There are better respectful stores around, this one wasn't worth my time or dignity.

FreshCo The painters hasn't arrived and no news from them

I won’t advise other people to deal with the company www.freshcoathoustonheights.com. I called them and hired three painters, but these jerks promised to come on Tuesday, but they didn’t come and no one called me in order to warn. I was shocked with such attitude and services, so I decided to cancel their services and get money back. These jerks didn’t reply to my phone calls now. Please, help me to solve the problem. As well as share your views about them.

FreshCo Bad-quality paint and impossible to reach the manager

I bought paint from www.freshcoatcincinnati.com. The package was delivered by the courier and I was shocked when I saw the package. It was torn and damaged. Also the paint was almost dry and it was useless. The courier took it back and he told me to contact the manager and asked for refund. I sent emails and called, but manager ignored my complaints. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

FreshCo - Specialists didn't arrive and no one warned me about it

I contacted the agent from the company www.freshcoatsantabarbara.com and asked to provide the exterior painting in my house. The agent told me to pay half sum in advance and told me that the specialists would arrive on Monday morning. Of course, no one arrived and after that the agent suddenly stopped to reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

FreshCo Expired Food

We bought the product for 50% off. We got home and noticed an odd taste from the wafers. We looked at the expiration date and it
said : fabrication date - 02/05/2012 and exp. date - 01/11/2013 (it's 4 months expired) we bought it on may 8th, 2013). We don't have a phone at the moment, our email is [protected]@gmail.com

- Poor staffing n staff communication between staff.( one decides to help n the others don't have a clue!)

- Mis pricing n Over Charging by cashiers.

- Attendant Daydreaming at self check counters.( cluless)

Yesterday at 19 /03 /2023 around 6-7pm we went to buy unico vegetables oil which was in sale 9.98$ each so we bought 2 of them but when we reached home and checked all our bills we were charged 10.99$ each. Totally unacceptable and unexpected.

Get rid of self checkout , it is the most annoying thing to do if you are going to make me do all the work then give me a 15% discount! So annoying. I work all day I don’t need a second job!

Eggs (30 pack) were on sale this week (Feb 9 - 15/23) and I've tried twice to get them but each time, they're sold out. Store refused to issue rain checks - no reason given other than they were instructions from management. This is contrary to their advertisement. Rain checks were given for other products.

I went to Freshco super market to buy household products, I was abused by the Branch Manager of Harlur Branch, near Indian Oil Petrol Pump Harlur. He was abusing me on Kannada. This happened on 28th January 2023 as well as on 29th January 2023. For further details please reach out to me.
