Every time they deliver they leave that loud engine idling while they go out
I live in Jackson Heights, where neighbors regularly get Fresh Direct Deliveries. EVERY time they deliver they leave that LOUD engine idling while they go out. It's so annoying! Have they no concern for NOISE POLLUTION? My entire apartment vibrates from the @$#% monster truck. I've complained to the precinct, to the EPA and to the company and still I hear monster noise. I can't abide Fresh Direct. Go back to Manhattan.
Items missing from order
I have been been a customer of Fresh Direct since 2007 and I do like them for their large variety, freshness, quality and the convenience of home delivery...but I have to say that I have had it with items missing from my order..
