This company is a pump and dump in the Penny Stocks. It's coded as Pink since it's not really under the SEC. Jim Wheeler and Justina Almanza are behind this scheme. Jim and Justina pretend to be business owners with great ideas but it's a scam for you to invest your money so they hype up whatever junk they think there selling and get investors to but in, then at the right time for THEM they will dump the value of the stock you are investing in.
Jim and Justina are connected to Blow Me Away Media, JZZ Technologies, Mama's Direct, Papa Bello and many more... Jim was convicted of embezzlement for taking his employees 401k and health insurance premiums.
Then Jim got caught by a FBI agent posing as a hedge fund manager. Justina and Jim met at American Bath Factory were they were having an affair and then shacked up together. Fresh Choice International is under Jim Wheeler and Justina Almanza prior to Jim getting sentenced. The SEC sentenced him that he could not be an active officer of a company so they just filed for change of officers and now both Jim Wheeler and Justina Almanza are members. So don't believe any company associated with Jim Wheeler and Justina Almanza.
Jim Wheeler was convicted in 2014 from the SEC and did only 18 month probation and fine of $24, 000. Jim Wheeler is at it again with another group of including Justina M. Almanza, James Price, Merle Ferguson. The company is Fresh Choice International which is under Justina Almanza his girlfriend. James Price is on Go Epic Health which photoshopped a fake product call "Choloserade". There's a Facebook page for it but it look exactly like Mama's Direct and like the photo posted on this thread. The address of 300 Orange on the business is their residence there is no Suite 200. You can look this stuff up. A complete circle of crooks.
