Freestyleshop.com NEVER RECIEVED SNEAKERS, WITH NO CORRESPONDANCE

I placed a order pair for sneakers on January 14th, which I never recieved. I immediately got a confirmation email sent to my email. After days of not hearing from Freestyle regarding my order, I called [protected], and emailed [protected]@freestyleshop.com, and [protected]@freestyleshop.com numerous times, for the status of my order, and heard from NO ONE. Everytime I called I got a voicemail, which I left correspondance on. I was never given a UPS tracking number. The day I ordered from Freestyle, Jan. 14, I checked my bank account, and saw that they had placed a hold on my money, which deducts the money from my account. Yesterday, Jan 24th, I checked my account and thankfully my money was there. I don't know whether they still have a hold on the amount I was charged. I have since called, and sent emails to both email addresses, with direct orders to cancel my order, so if any holds they may have placed for the amount, should be canceled. I have filed a complaint with the Police Department regarding this matter. The thing is, please give an explanation on what's taking my order so long to ship. Their customer service is horrible. Don't keep your customers in the dark. Provided is the only email I recieved from Freestyle. I'm posting this for people to read from my horrible experience with Freestyle, and to overlook buying from this particular seller.

They have shipped my merchandise, which took over close to a month

This place is a joke. There order line rep. is a total D bag. I ordered shoes for my son that never came. Finally I called, and was told they would ship out the next day. 2 days later I got a shipping confirmation email with no tracking number. So we waited a week to see if they would arrive and nothing. So I called back the order line to complain about this and I was told that they still had not shipped and "they" were going to have to take care of it. Then I asked who "They" were? That irritated that man on the phone and he just said mam I can do nothing. Then I asked if he worked at the company or for a call center and he told me he worked at the company but still could do nothing. BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

I ordered shoes from this company. After finding out I wouldn't get the shoes for 2 wks I tried to cancel my order (the day after ordering). They informed me I couldn't cancel because they were coming directly from the manufacturer. They arrived while I was on vacation and because Fedex was requiring a signature (they tried to deliver 3 times) I had to pick them up myself at the Fedex location. I sent them back the same day via Fedex because I had already bought the shoes through another company. I sent the package requiring someone to sign for it from Free Style Shop. After dozens of emails with their "customer service rep"I have gotten nowhere. They're claiming they never received them even though I have proof of a person signing for the package. Also, the phone number listed on the package invoice was a private number and the person claimed it was not free style shop. The only number listed on the site is for "orders only" and you can't talk to a human being. I was requesting an exchange or refund minus the stocking fee. First, they told me I had sent package after their alloted timeframe (15 days). Then they said they never received a package although I gave them the name of the person who signed for it. In fact, they received the package 15 days exactly after the day I would have received it had I been home.Now they're not even responding to my emails although I have sent them proof that they received it. I read that this same thing happened to someone else in June '09. Its almost the same story. Unbelievable!

There is no way to contact them! The e-mail address doesn't work, and neither does the phone number! Do not do business with them.

I ordered shoes from freestyleshop.com and never got them! My money was taken, but no shoes! E-mails are never returned and phone is out of service. My son was counting on wearing these shoes for the first day of school. What a Scam!

Placed an order 12 days ago and the status still shows "Will Ship in 4 to 7 days." Called Customer Service number and it has been changed with no new number. Emailed two days ago with no response. Sent another email today to same address, along with two others found on their website. If no response, will report to BBB, Consumer Affairs, etc.

False Statement.

In fact we did call Detective Humphries at [protected] at the Huntington Beach Police Department and he stated he had proof the shoes were delivered and he even went as far as he called you and you stated you received the shoes. Detective Humphries mentioned to you that it is was wrong and unlawful to publish false statements on organizations.
